Inside the bath area floor is very slippery closet flush was leak, pipe also leak

rooms were close, room size is good. toiletries were good. the reception staff was also ok. he kept the room even though we checked in late. Hot water anytime

the rooms were shabby, walls were tattered , the carpets were old, there were stains everywhere on the wall. the windows were also shabby. the pillows were smelling of dust. they have to renovate, or post the current photos in the site

AC not working properly, towels looked as if used , bed sheets were torn

Housekeeping is better. .

Mosquitoes disturbed at night sleep.No hot water for bathing in the morning.

The room was fine and clean.

Not suitable for a family stay. This is just next to a bar. Parking issues. Management did not give the receipt despite being asked for. Hot water did not come in the morning as promised. There was a bad smell in the bathroom and cockroaches were roaming around.There was no lift and the support start did not bother to bring the luggage down but expected tips.

Room is good

No food near by need to book food in online outside. I was book for ac room but they have given me non AC however i have asked for ac they charged me for ac around 1000 i am not satisfied with this.

the staff was friendly and always willing to help us with whatever we needed and location was convenient.

the fan needed to be clean because dirt would fall onto the bed and the water bottle we received wasn’t sealed.

The location is near City centre which was an advantage.

They didn't accept the booking.com norms and procedures. Have to meet their amendments because of that.

all staff are not supported, additional amount collected.

Bathroom should have been more neat.. Insects are there.. Atleast phnoyl should b applied and dettol for sanitisation.

Rooms are not clean, AC not working properly, Extra bed was horrible one, definitely not worth the money

Dirty and Stinking. Not for families. Toilet was unbearable

Well maintained.. Superb hygiene.. Supportive staff

Facility doesn't have elevator..This is troublesome. How ever the positive side is staff have provided best available room in first floor for the elderly

Owner and staff were approachable, friendly, trying to help. Very much thanks to mr karan as he guided me on rooms available at last min when i called him from mumbai airport and then i booked room from airport via booking.com but they could have saved me hassle and took my booking on call sparing me anxiety of booking it online before boarding flight.

Even though few thinfs were pointed ti manager but not resolved - Facilities were not as in description, for ex flush was broken in my room as it was uncomfortable to have water dripping all over u while using commode. No shower, no restaurant or room service help provided. It was tough for me as i didnt speak local tamil language. I was on tight work schedule, it was bit tough for me to struggle, follow up whatever little time I was at hotel.

NIce place bang in the middle of the town, a great place for a stopover, car parking is good and cordials staff even at 3 am in the night.
