My stay at this hotel was extremely unsatisfactory.1. Room Condition: The moment I entered the room, there was a very bad smell. It was difficult to even sit inside. I informed housekeeping 2–3 times to bring a room freshener, but the response was very slow.2. Service: During check-in, they simply handed over the key and asked me to take the lift to my room. Only after I requested, they sent a room boy to carry the luggage. This basic service should be provided without asking.3. Food & Beverages: The coffee I ordered was served completely cold, and the overall taste of the food was very disappointing.4. Facilities: The shower was not working, making it very inconvenient to use the bathroom.5. Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi connection was extremely poor and kept disconnecting.Overall, the service, cleanliness, and facilities were far below expectations. A very bad experience and definitely needs major improvement.

Service provided at restaurant slow and not good . The food is not that good and the staff not doing their job properly.

I’d like to share my experience during my recent stay. While many of the staff were very courteous and helpful, I was quite disappointed with the front office team. They lacked basic hospitality — no eye contact or genuine engagement, which made the check-in feel impersonal.A special thanks to Concierge Mahendra (apologies if the name is misspelled) who kindly assisted us with our luggage. His service was much appreciated.Unfortunately, the room assigned to us was located near a large exhaust fan, which created a lot of noise and made it difficult to sleep. Additionally, the wash basin was leaking, and overall cleanliness could have been better.On a positive note, the breakfast was excellent — a great variety and quality that stood out.I hope this feedback helps improve the guest experience in the future.

Really good spread for dinner and breakfast. Quality of food and service was superb. Rooms were clean and well-furnished with all amenities. The view from the room was amazing. This hotel checks all the boxes.

The manager Mr. Gautham at desk was pretty cooperative. He was understanding and pretty helpful.

Excellent ambience, food, staff and facilities. Has a lovely pub, kebab buffet and sumptuous breakfast.Staff is very well mannered, has skills in multiple languages and service reposnse is prompt.

AC in both our rooms were sub par, did not really cool below 24 degree celcious

Fantastic food and service in restaurant. Really exceptional amazing buffet choice and staff took such care to help.It's a little far from town but they ordered a red taxi at reception. Easy to get a tuk tuk back

I recently stayed at the Radisson Salem Hotel and had a disappointing experience with the staff. Despite having settled my bill, I received a call from the hotel claiming that I hadn't paid. This was not only frustrating but also unprofessional.To make matters worse, I received another call the next day after checking out, asking if I had checked out or not. This lack of attention to detail and poor communication is unacceptable.The hotel's accounting and front desk management need significant improvement. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone until they address these issues. The manager in the Hotel must correct it ,otherwise no one will revisit the Hotel

When I called the front desk, the person who managed the front desk said he does not know tamil :). This is surprising but the person transferred me to another who knew tamil.
