White Pearl Residency

Good food, friendly staff and clean rooms

Rooms were spacious and well maintained Food was delicious and cost was feasible

Great stay. Good location, food , parking and service. Recommended

Very comfortable, good room size, polite staff. Tidy and clean.

Walking to the local beach is not inspiring, as you pass piles of rubbish, but that’s not the hotel’s fault.

We loved the hotel. It was clean, staff were very friendly and helpful, food was yummy. It’s easily accessible to Auroville beaches in 5min walk and Arunachalam temple which is 2hrs away. Highly recommend this place.

We were initially very sceptical as we were a group of 8 ladies. However, all of us were so pleased with the facilities, the rooms, the cleanliness and staff. The best part was the buffet breakfast with a wide spread of eatables. We had lunch and dinner too. The food was very tasty and reasonably priced. We felt very safe and the hotel is bang on the main road. The staff was extremely cooperative and took good care. I would recommend friends and family to choose this hotel and enjoy their stay.

Room was spacious, staff very warm and helpful. Everything felt very comfortable, thank you

The hotel was clean, staff was very courteous, room was comfortable. The breakfast I would say was ok but for the price that I got the booking I wouldn't complain. It does live up to the standards of a 3-star hotel.

The food we ordered in the room was not that good. Breakfast can have a few more continental options rather than only south indian. There were no good channels available to watch on the TV when we wanted to as the dth was not recharged with any pack.

Great experience, very near to the beach. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Loved the stay.

Good breakfast. Nice and big rooms. Ample Parking space.

Praveen at the front office, Manoj in the restaurant was helpful and a very good host. Ample parking.

No dislikes. Except year end pricing was a little high compared to regular tariff at the hotel.

Very clean The room was super spacious. Bathroom flooring was great. The water went into the drain.Cleaning even after 2 PMUnlimited free water bottles View from the balcony

The cost. 10K per night for that room was exorbitant especially since it was 7 km away from the fun part of the town.

Rooms are very clean and spacious .Breakfast spread was very tasty .Very close to the beach .Just a 5 min drive or a 10 minute walk .Ample parking space ..Room service is very prompt.

Nothing to say

The ambiance and service of the rooms and hotel is top notch. especially the receptionist Mr.rahman who welcomed us and took care of all the needs till check out.

food standards must be improved

I liked everything about this hotel, Good and polite staff, breakfast was very good, different breakfast everyday, each and every item they had were excellet.I have told at reception whenever I am going to pondicherry I would be staying at this place only.

Food,People, cleanliness, parking spacebreakfasthelpful nature of staffthey pay attention when u call the reception, and they resolve ur query if u ask for help.

Hotel is very well maintained and clean. Staff was very courteous. Special mention to Mr. Praveen who always helped with a smiling face and very approachable. Good asset for the hotel if there is someone like him.

Food was a bit costly according to quantity.

- Good location- On highway- Car Parking - Excellent rooms- Great staff- Good breakfast

The Rooms were large and the food was really good both Veg and Non Veg as well.

The location is a bit far off from main Puducheri by approx 5.5 km.

Hotel had no guests when we arrived as it was under renovation. Some of the dining services were not available. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is too far from city.

Location is too far from anywhere in the city.

I initially booked a room near Eden Beach but canceled it due to the location and facilities. However, at White Pearl, everything was peaceful and perfect— from the food, service, and staff behavior to the parking. The front office staff were simply awesome. Being from the hospitality industry, I could tell the staff had received proper customer service training, and their attitude truly reflected a commitment to customer satisfaction.

I really couldn’t think of anything to dislike.
