Worst experience which I had in the hotel I booked Executive Suite room but very bad experience – total scam

I stayed in the Executive Suite, and calling it “executive” is a joke. I booked this hotel one month in advance for family , yet the room I was given was absolutely terrible and deeply disappointing.There was NO hot water, NO Wi-Fi, and the worst TV I’ve ever seen in any hotel. The bathroom stank badly, showing complete lack of maintenance. I called the management multiple times, and they did not respond at all — zero accountability.The room was okay, and clearly neglected. This place fails at the most basic hotel standards and is a complete waste of money. I regret booking this hotel and strongly warn others to stay far away if you coming with family.

Parking and location

Cigerette smoke everywhere, even in non smoking room. Rat in the lobby. Long wait for breakfast seating.

Property location is good, it is centrally located having access to shopping market and few minutes drive to the Beach and White colony…

From outside the property looks Fresh and Maintained but from inside it is still old, dull and worn out … we were given room 201 which had a bathtub but very dull and poorly maintained tub it was…Also the breakfast was the same SET MENU ( typical Udupi style) you get better South Indian food in Matunga area of Mumbai…

Poor air conditioning, unclean towels, dirty cups

The staff were very helpful. Poonam on the front desk who managed along with Pratab to sort out a room for us after we didn't get the room we booked. They were both very good. Room was good and had everything needed. Laundry service was also good. Anand who cleaned our room was brilliant in getting what we needed. Thanks to him.The food was great in Le Pondy and Gokulum restaurant. The Manager S. Kirvbakaran was very helpful as were all the staff.Special thanks to him and also Singraj and Sona. They made our lunch and dinner most comfortable. The food choice was excellent and quality generally very good. Breakfast was good buffet, lots of choice from Indian to continental food.The bar was also great. Dinu and Simbu Benova were good company and were polite and accommodating during our stay. Good choice of beers and other drinks. Would go to the Ecstasy bar there are good Happy Hour deals on.Overall Happy with our stay and thankful to the staff mentioned as well as the front door man always courteous and polite.

We booked a superior twin room and were first shown a double room. I had messaged to say I needed a twin room as I was sharing with my Mother.So we were shown another room which was not good at all. But Poonam and Pratab kept looking and finally found us a suitable room, although not twin room. We managed so it was ok.I found the hotel air conditioning very cold in certain areas but that could just be me.Otherwise all good.

Staffs are very polite and friendly even they helped is minute request especially Mr Prabhakar awesome support.

Amenities mentioned on booking.com were not the same as mentioned. No iron, bathroom was in not so good condition. No city view or any view as mentioned. Housekeeping did a bad job in almost everything

Location, value for money, stay, room size, facilities.

Property seems to be in declining state, mainly due to management. Dinner buffet is a waste of money.

The bed was not comfortable ..queen...but it was 2 single join together

Nothing went as per expectation , other than one of the bell boys i think his name was ravindran / rajendran ..execptionally helpful and courteous ..Dear Kingsley , A little history to how i landed up booking your hotel .I just saw the facilities and the rates and the rating that the booking.com must have put together .With all done , and while at the airport my girls just asked me to show them where we were going to stay up came the reviews also , which i thought lets see .Not that i could do anything much but just pray that nothing of that sort happens with us ...But would like to tell you that you guys maintain that status of poor service which customers have highlighted and complained about ,I was literally getting cold feet , since i could now not cancel and money had been deducted on my card .As you can see below we spent 6 nights at the hotel .This booking was done for three people and we paid accordingly .However these were my concerns .1, when you book for three people to a room , you expect that what you are paying for will be already there , so we had two towels and two pair of slippers , two glasses and water just enough for two people , toiletries ofcourse were basis two people only ( your standard qty that you must be putting ) .With each room cleaning happening , we had to ask and remind the staff ( with language not clearly understood ) that they must cater for three this continued for four days straight until they understood .so what are you charging a customer for when that additonal third person is being accommodated

, . the receptionist , only one lady that wears the saree , is a super cold person .No pleasantness at all in behaviour and or communication ( this was also mentioned in some of the earlier comments) .We stayed in room 209 by the way .3 we were there for pongal and i could see from room window that some preps were being done for pongal.I went and asked her and she said she had no idea ....how does that even work ...how can a receptionist not know .And on the other hand , i think there is a bell boy , honestly hats off to him ...i think his name was either ravindran and or rajendran ,...i just happened to ask him , and he also said madam i do not know .... but the man was helpful enough toi reach out to another colleague and ask him for details and inform me .This is called service .Your receptionist gave the impression , i dont know , i dont even want to know and hence i cannot help you sorts .4. Rajendran / ravindran , also helped us with a little map of the city and where we could do what ...this is service .You help your customers .Kindly acknowledge that for him.5, wi fi had issues and it never came alive for the all the time that we were there ,Apparently your IT department works on a different time zone and were not even available when we raised the issue .6. Now comes the best of all ...the room .Take a look at the images ...and sadly so i saw this just two

the rooms were fine but the room service takes forever for a simplest of things. i had to wait over 40 minutes for towels and i had asked for scissors and it was never brought to me. i asked for shower gel and they brought us soap
