Bad

Limited space for car parking.Restroom was not clean.Staff were not very friendly.Got fooled by the Google reviews of RKN Grand. Please be careful of the right hotel you are booking.

The location was close to French colony

Hotel is the prime location with good connectivity.

The room was dusty. Was not deep cleaned. Any one would fall I’ll. Windows, cupboards curtains tv unit, fans etc were deposited with thick dust and smelled like dust mite. Looked like not touched for years. However the staff cleaned on complaint. Parking is not comfortable as need to wait for the other vehicles for clearance. Not value for money. Didn’t meet our expectations.

Worst hotel stay I ever had

Not clean and hygienic. Not working AC at night. Insects in the room. Broken cot

There was nothing to like.Breakfast was not included in the stay, that too after paying 6,600 rs.

Room was extremely high priced INR 6,600 for the barebones lack lusture hotel.Staff didn't even offer towels

nothing… only the room are ok for 3 people to stay in.

very dirty bathroomno amenities provided… we had to beg for kettle for hot wateronly one bottle given.. they were charging for extra one…not at all value for money .. they charged us 4000 per night for nothing

Staff was good.

Maintenance was poor. Bathroom was not clean.

Room not even have refreshment kit . even floor mat is not there..staffs are rude .morning we are trying to order milk for kid they simply checking about breakfast is added in package or not.atlast they denied to give even tea and milk.They only thinking about money not about customer..very worst ever hotel i come across.i dont recommend this hotel. please dont choose this hotel by seeing images and location for family vacation.

Breakfast was okay. The staff were courteous in serving the guests.

Though the bathroom was clean, there was some drain smell coming inside the bathroom.As the room was in first floor, the total outside view is restricted with the wall outside

Disappointing

Room charges was more when compared to the room quality that was provided. Bedsheets were not changed daily. We had included the breakfast also in the booking. It was served to the room. They didn't have a dining hall to take breakfast also and it was the same menu that was served daily. They hadn't cleaned the room until we paid the whole cash rent for the room

Nice hotel situated at the heart of the city and walking distance from shopping centre and restaurants !

Had to wait for more than 10 mins to complete checkin formalities.

Hotel pics are RKN grand but .. reality is RKN old

Its really good to stay here. Really worth to money.

The problem is with hot water.There is no hot water shower to bath always we are getting normal water to bath.
