Staff Behaviour, Cleanliness, Wine shop in basement parking, Old bed sheets not tidy, AC Remote was not functioning, TV was not operational, not at all suitable for family stay.
When I booked this hotel in booking.com,Really disappointed. Nobodies picking the phone calls. After reached pondy I don't know how to contact with hotel.Finally I'm searched in Google, I got a hotel number (after 20 th attempt) the hotel is there, but booking.com not paying fee properly, at last I'm not cancel my booked room ( Nobodies called to me, why ur not reached the hotel, bla bla bla) this is the responsibility of booking.comI'm just checked the contact number in just dial,I got a call from hotel sai paradise, such a good manager, 2 days stayed there per day 1200 (A/c)Food facilities also available, car & bike parking also there.My humble request is, please mention the details properly, whatever ur mentioned in bio, kindly verify the same, which is current contact details.
No one will contact you for your stay , no support from oyo if the location is wrong. There is no contact number given of the hotel even after booking or in Google. Better not to hook. Location os too far from town
It was a horrible experience.
Hotel confirmed the booking, but denied to provide any room. It caused so much trouble since we got very late. Staff was ill-mannered.
There is nothing to like abt this property we were denied check in.
Booking.com, why are you giving information regarding this property when they clearly doesnt allow people to checkin the property booked through booking.com. I called the place and they said to come to the hotel but they denied check in and the price and proposed there price. Irresponsible and worst management.never go here
