Very very worst Experience in Pondycherri Hotal Lotus, Hotel staff all are you bad behaviours fellows, please Tourist Not Staying in this Hotal, TV not working, Hot water heater Not working, Vehicle Parking Road side Parking (No Parking),Mobile phone Charging Plage point No , WiFi No, Totally weast This Hotal!

The only advantage with this hotel is the location.

The sprayer was broken. The shower top didn't work properly. They didn't give me water till I asked for it. The air conditioning was not working properly. Overall I was paying a very high price (3k per night) for a very average hotel room.

The location of the hotel and the behaviour of the staff

Nothing to say need to Repaire and reinstall plumbing in all bathroom and ac

Bathroom and Asessory plumbing and all flush shower tap not working amd no support from staff to clear issues

Only the location of the hotel is good. The Beach is at a walkable distance from where this hotel is situated.

The room was very dingy and not clean at all. It smelt bad and i did not feel comfortable at all. I changed hotels within 3 hours of check in and I didn’t receive a refund either. Lost the entire amount for 2 days.

Invoice for the room rent was not given, hot water not available in early morning. free wifi not provided.

But absence of a restaurent took away all the fun .there was not dental kit or shaving kit available in the room service . The AC was not up to standards and the TV was a desk top monitor . For what we pay online we have other options with good amenties

Location is awesome

AC is not working , the staff told it will( AC compressor )work in 5 minutes, but it never worked. The room is are clean upto 7 feet height, beyond it’s dusty , same in bathroom door. While checking out, I inform the front office , about the above issue.

worst not worth for their service from security to receptionist to room boy u have to beg them to get basic amenities

no proper reception staffs,, morning one staff will tell one thing n later the next staff will come n tell that this is not their hotel policy.. u have to beg for towel, soap, bed cover and pillows… they will clean the room but only arranging the beds remaining floors and bathrooms we have to clean such a worst experience… their only aim is to collect the money…

No breakfast provided, room allotted was damp.

Room allotted through website was not good. Had to pay separately and get better room.

Room service is very poor.Comode is very is uncomfortable.Nobody care for guests.Hotel take in advance so that guests could not leave.

Wash room is very dirty . Comode should be changed.Bucket and mug is also dirty.On request they could not change.

The booking not confirmed from the hotel . i was booked through online but the receiptionist said there is no room available.

Totally worst experienceI was forced to pay 60% as advanced though the site where the site says pay at hotel2. The room was totally messy, no additional pillows were available3. We asked the door mat in front of the bathroom but it was given so late4. Plates given were extremely dirty5. A water bottle extra wasn't available 6. The AC remote isn't working at all7. The switches were not working, I needed to press the button for a long-time to get it to turn on8. The commade was a baby one. It is meant for kids 9. Totally a worst experience.10. Not worth the money

The Room was specious and clean

The tv is too small and had no remotes we booked for 2 persons but soaps and toiletries was provided for only 1 person. AC was Old one won't work properly somehow it managed to keep an good temperature. Check in should be let in on time otherwise the hotel is awesome for stay and very decent

location and cleanliness

people are not professional. did not receive my bill on checkout. i was told bill will be sent by mail or whatsapp but never did so.

Bad experience...not value for money..non maintenance

.Room was not cleaned before check in..... toilet flush didn't work...there was glass pieces around in the room...no intercom facility.... receptionists were very unbothered about our issues.... too expensive than other boutique hotels around...no breakfast available... horrible experience

Cleanliness was nil and service was extremely poor i didn't like anything about this hotel.

Not worth the money, cleanliness was nil, i was afraid to go to the washroom. The staff had a very bad attitude i felt.
