Rooms are very good clean and staffs are very friendly and respectful major location are near by hotel opposite to railway station over all we enjoyed our trip ☺️☺️☺️☺️

This is my second time coming here. I really liked it. Rooms are very nice and clean. I really like that it is very close to everywhere from here. The railway station, beach, shops are all nearby. What more could you want? Likewise, whenever we ask for anything, they immediately do what we need. The staff is very respectful and kind. Especially since I asked for a room early in the morning. Similarly, they had my room ready for me at the time I asked. It is very happy. I didn't have to wait that long at the reception either. The reservation was done easily and I got the room immediately. Thanks for the staff and team ❤️. I requested that I have the same room as the last time I went, as I had requested. I was very happy that they prepared the same room for me... Once again thank u Team.

I liked nothing in the hotel. In fact, I was highly disappointed with the quality of the room, cleanliness etc.

Room condition, cleanliness, and hygiene of the food served was highly disappointing.

bathroom was not that much clean, toiletries were not providedused and old rusty kind of gel bottle bottle was there

Apart from the location, there is nothing to like .

Where do I start, we were allocated a particular room and when we entered it smelt so bad , if we had stayed there for another 30 mins we might have fainted . They claimed it to be the room fresher. It smelt more like if a pesticide had been sprayed . 2. Enter the bathroom and a cockroach runs through and hides in a crevice .3. The towels were stained and for 2 ppl they had given only 1 towel. 4. The sheets were so bad it felt like ppl before us sat on the bed and ate their food and all those stains were evident and rugs not washed .We complained and we were moved to another room and it was a similar experience minus the smell . The rugs and towels were stained , the bathroom door frame was being targeted by termites and had dust in the bathroom because of that. Since I had paid the full amount, I dint want to move out of that place , else we would have moved out and shifted to another hotel. At the end of the day when we had to go back to the room , that was the only time we felt like running away .

staff was polite

rooms were not clean. there were mosquitos. The washroom shower handle was broken. and breakfast was like hostel food.

Good help from reception. BF was excellent. Any clarification sought was immediately addressed. The lady receptionist, specifically, deserve a bouquet.

Waiting for towels after checking in atound 3 pm..TV only a few channels were working. No English news TV remote is frustrating Adequate parking spaceay be addressed.

Breakfast was good. We expected more about the breakfast. Staff near the breakfast are really good. Lady receptionist and a person near breakfast both were helpful.

1. They didn't provide us with the fresh towels on daily basis. We were here for 4 days, they changed the towels on 3rd day, only after particularly asking them to change. Same goes with the cups and glasses provided in the room. 2. One very important thing, lighting of the room is very bad. Please change those. Warm lights are fine but it's difficult to manage with those lights. Light coverage through out the room was very poor. 3. Last please change the bedsheet, blanket and pillow covers, they didn't smell and look good, very bad experience with that.

Not much to say actually

We had to ask for everything. Water to be asked. The receptionist were so rude. They made faces all along as if they don't want to work. The restaurant manager and workers were impolite. The good variety in breakfast was less.

It was a homely atmosphere..food was very good..the staff were courteous and friendly...

Many things in the rooms have to be repaired/ replaced..our bus reached puducherry at 5am..and we reached by 5:15 to the hotel after that we were just sitting in the lobby upto 11.30. it was very tiresome..for us ..u need to make some arrangement for that period so that the guests can settle down comfortably..the frontage of the hotel needs to be spruced up..lot of mosquito are present...

Lot of bed buds . Neat to clean bed and towel provided was very old one. Food was horrible.

The room was spacious

The facilities were nowhere near the price charged. The room linen had stains everywhere, the shower area was too small and head/hand shower had no hot water. The chairs in the room were not clean either. The corridors were not cleaned regularly and were stinking. The restaurant was substandard and was not hygenic. The cups/glasses were not clean, I found cockaroaches in the plate too which is pathetic.

Not worth at all

Restaurant, cleanliness of room and very dirty linen. There were stinking like rhwy were unwashed since ages with very dirt marks on towels and sheetsThe windows quality were so horrible, that it cannot be closed from both the sides

I want to cancel one night But this hotel couldnot contact after check inI want to cancel 3 night to 2 night But money was not back Booking.com also couldn't contact this hotelEven hotel staff ?I paid card but from hotel any reply

No parking place and if we told nobody will come to help carrying our luggage from car

The staff was very courteous. The cleanliness levels were excellent. Sanitized rooms naans bathrooms were refreshing to see. Food quality was fresh and excellent. Environment of hotel was positive and welcoming. All had smiling faces and warm personality.

Mosquitos, Mosquitos, Mosquitos ...................Tooo much Mosquitos. Other than this all or good. Breakfast need to improve.
