It is nice stay , swimming pool is clean.

Everything is nice, but increase car parking and front office staffs are really good specially sylvia

Location and that is about the only one I liked.

1) An additional room key was Rs. 895 and I wasn’t told this when I checked in.2) The Ac and the Tv didn’t work and I had to change the room after 2 hrs 3) breakfast selection was awful. Who eats curry early in the morning? 4) The fitness center was a joke

Room was good and cozy. Comfortable bed.Liked the room service for the food orders in considering special requests.Ambiance of the property was amazing.

Breakfast could be better. May be because of crowd, had to wait for long to get food.

The service was let down. Had booked the room for 3 - myself, wife and son aged 15. At the booking itself, the hotel /booking .com had charged me extra for additional person. This was not seen in service. No third towel , water bottle and not even extra bed. I went on requesting the reception and hotel staff......i then just stopped it. Mind you , the hotel charged me Rs 1000/- extra for each day of stay. While checking out, there was complete chaos on billing process and had to wait for a long time to clear. Even then also, they missed out on a bill and had to be cleared once I reached Bangalore. The bathroom is small and there is no proper drainage. There is drain outlet is clogged and there is water logging ........

Front office executive , Front office Manager ,house keeping manager including bell boy are useless they treated us very badly though we booked Executive Suite Room . Our Check in time was 11 Pm and we didn’t like the way they behaved and we checked out morning by 10 itself .

Staff is not courteous at all. they always look confused and hesitate to help. Even though they have the booking details, they wanted a copy of the booking to be forwarded to their email address. They dont accept UPI payments and only cash/card are accepted. Food at the restaurant was horrible to say the least. Lime soda had very little soda and Biryani had no salt. We had complimentary breakfast in hotel and the usual items like Idli, Vade were not fresh. They tasted like they were made previous day or earlier. There was no wifi in the room. staff said as the room is big, difficult to get the signal. They said they will get this fixed immediately, but this never happened. For the price we pay for the room and the experience we get there, this is definitely not worth it.

Almost everything other than courteous staff in the dining area. The walls of the room are terrible; furniture very poor; torn upholstery and broken furniture; faulty shower; room was not cleaned in spite of several calls; awful coffee

The cleanliness. The spa bathroom was horrible. It was totally wet for changing clothes. The tap was not working. The towels were smelling and the wort during my bath I found a lizard in the bathroom n i waa horrified. The pool bathroom is the same so image what would happen if children went.Also the service was not done for one of the days.. language too is a problem with housekeeping .The food is okay types the Chinese restaurant is good but not the one where buffet is served. The service of the buffet was also slow people were waiting for bread, idli, wada sambar. No cutlery in place . Totally bad organised restaurant

Nice to look from out side an the brake fast was ok

The property was looking good for the out side but wen it comes to the room it’s a very old property the junior suite had a useless front space an there was no balcony for any room we heard a lot of noise what was happening in the road their elevator was dead slow room was super uncomfortable

This property is excellent since everything is accessible The staff are nice and humble but language can be a barrier

They should keep the women staff available post 6 We had to change our itinerary because of this

Lot of confusion to get the rooms, it took us near one hour with lot of discussion.Two rooms in the first day, we had water logged in the shower Please update the latest picture in your site, the picture didn't match the latest room picture.I didn't have the standard of four star hotel.

Main Room, breakfast

Toilet-bathroom choked drains, flooded the entire bath room, lights near mirror are not working, no hand towels, inadequate kits (kept for one person, when the booking was for two).Front desk didn't attend to repeated complaints.
