What Guests Loved
Pros +
- Breakfast was good. Room was clean n tidy.
- The complementary breakfast was gud and the room was clean
- Breakfast was good. Location is good. Room size is OK.
Cons -
- There was some smell in the bathroom. Otherwise everything was good. Also there was no towel.
- The staff response could be better and the facilities was gud before 2years now this time i was really upset of the hotel facilities
- Totally not worth for the money paid. First thing, washbasin water does not go in the restroomRestroom was not cleaned No toilet papers also in the restroom Bathroom size is so small than any of the hotels that I have seen. No proper hanger in the restroom for hanging cloths. All the pipes in the restroom r brown in color. Towels r not washed properly. There r stain in the towels, bed cover and pillows. The hot water kettle was not working... When asked , they replaced the kettle without washing. I was not able to recharge my phone because the switch board pins r small. Only one switch board pins was good and hence we had to take returns to recharge. People with family and for long stay ,it's very difficult to stay. In short, not worth the money
