The stay was really pathetic as per the value of the money that was paid. It wasn’t even front ocean view, it was a side view. The room was kept in such a bad condition, basic dusting and hygiene was not there. The staff is just there for name sake, I had to call up to give us the basic amenities as well. The rust is there all over the walls and mirrors were super dirty making the room smell like some damp area. Overall, don’t choose this hotel to stay just by the pictures. Make sure to verify the sea view rooms first.

Nothing. The people in this hotel are scammers. Dirty toilets like public toilets. They cheated on me. Showed a different room n gave me a different one.i paid 11k for a please room this hotel from ur site ur spoiling ur reputation advertising this place

There were too many cockroaches in the room when we came back after having a trip outside and HIT spray was also not available.Towels quality was very poor.

The stay was good, very close to the rock beach and restaurants at walkable distance were very helpful. Staff were very generous and helpful

There is no parking facilities because of that my car placed outside.

My stay at Lotus Bay View-- The ambiance and rooms were clean and comfortable, and only one of the staff (who was always on night duty) was excellent, committed, and duty conscious- His Name is Mr. Raju. The location of the property is superb one can reach the beach within 2 minutes and the sound of sea tides is the major attraction to the property.

Except one night duty manager, other staff members have been irresponsible beyond imagination. My stay of 3 nights(one night in a classic room and two nights in the superior room (next grade) with a balcony) had one of the worst ever seen bathrooms wherein the WC push button remained to leak during the entire stay. If it is cleaned while servicing at 12 noon, will be mini-flooded after one hour. The cleaning staff will be irritated by calling them to clean again. Annoyed staff cleaning the toilet with bath towels, this was the most disturbing look... Pictures attached,Tariffs offered by Booking .com were not honoured and I was overcharged. The difference between classic and superior rooms is acceptable but not more....Besides, GST was included in the base tariff and charged separately at the end of the bill.

Not a clean hotel and also staffs action for cleaning the room, dirty and teared bed sheets used. TV was not working. complain raised for all above points but no action.

The location was great. Easy access to the beach and shopping areas.

TV wasn't working in our room and the staff didn't bother at all. The bed was bent on sides and the linen was torn and it wasn't comfortable. It was poorly maintained for this price and not worth it. Also toilet tissue wasn't provided! There is no proper ventilation in the room on the ground floor.

Except the location nothing else

Everything right from the time we walked into the hotel. To being with the card machine did not work because of which we wasted about 45 min and then in the room there was only 2 half little bottle and we had to pay for the extra bottle. There was no signal inside the hotel for the amount of money I paid I would rather stayed in a 3 or a 5star propety with better rooms and facilites.

Very pathetic condition of rooms, Beds and washrooms. Disgusted with the fact that they didn't do anything about it after I complaint. No food service in house. you have to order in from zomoto or swiggy or find your food on your own.

Everything except location

No breakfast.

Not value for money. No restaurant. damped room and water leaking in the bathroom wash basin. No windows, no sunlight. Totally a mess

rooms were badly maintained. We were a big group traveling and had booked multiple rooms. One of the rooms had a cigarette smell coming from it. Washbasins not working or leaking. fans were not cleaned. Televisions and wifi facilities never worked. All in all very disappointed. Very expensive considering the substandard service being provided.
