Location. Near enough to the beach. About a km. Friendly staff

Breakfast not included (did not know at the time of booking). Charged me for a replacement key. Took a long time to give me a replacement key.

The location is excellent; just a short walk to local markets, restaurants, and cafés. Starbucks and the beach are only a few minutes away by rickshaw. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, offering a pleasant stay overall.Special thanks to Rajesh Kumar, the security guard, who was very helpful and always ready to assist with a smile.

On our first morning, we went for breakfast around 09:00, only to find that it was practically finished. There were just a few items left, which was a huge disappointment. We were told that due to an event, there wasn’t enough food. They mentioned we would be served at the table, so I ordered a dosa but it never arrived.

I liked the politeness of staff and clean rooms. However my friends room had no hot water or air conditioning. He was moved when staff told of problem. My room had an irritating noise - sounded like a band rehearsing. Stopped when a member of staff was informed but did come back. I hope that these problems are sorted out because I like the atmosphere there.

Easy assess to all places. Especially Restaurant person by the name of Anuj is very helpful and hospitality.

Room service haphazard. Day 1, hand towel. 3 day stay continuing request for hand towels. Only leaving 2 bath towels. No tea or toilet paper refill. Old towels and poor quality shower gel. Good room size. Dreary breakfast room, average. I deal for 1 night business. Bad news for tourists

The rooms weren’t cleaned well. There was no consistency in the housemaid service. Staff weren’t friendly. The pool facilities weren’t very good - no shade. Couldn’t get room service in the afternoon. The bed mattress was too soft, old and worn out.

Rooms were comfortable, neat and clean.

The pool area was fantastic, location great, right near the centre of Pondy and all the facilities. Staff were very courteous, polite and helpful. They allowed me to check in early, kept my bags safe for me upon check out, and gave me a number for a taxi service to Chennai. Also, one of the best (if slightly pricier, but worth it) laundry services I had in 3 months of travel.Love this place. Definitely coming back if I ever pass through Pondicherry!

The breakfast was great.

The check in was super slowly, we arrived at 4 pm and nothing was ready. Very unfriendly man at the reception. The furnitures would need renovations. The Wifi is very weak.

Hotel is located in prime area and city centre.Nice clean big rooms. Food was good. Service was good too
