Cons -
- I would just suggest to add reading lights on the headboard. Some guests were noisy in the corridors at night but it's not the hotel's fault.
- Room cost is little expensive.
- TV didn't have paid channels and car parking was a issue

Good location close to heritage town. Clean comfortable rooms. Plenty of hot water.
Bed & towel and rooms were clean and neat
TV didn't have paid channels and car parking was a issue
Worst experience ever no service not even provide tea r coffee and hot water we have a 2years baby we required drinking hot water they Said not available here. She'd they are ruthless money minded cheap behavior
Pros: New property, Neat and clean rooms! 700 mts Walkable distance to Rock beach and good restaurants to explore near buy.
Cons: Mosquitoes inside room.Property location is situated inside small street and you cannot park cars. Wifi and complimentary breakfast is not available though they charge 2000 rupees including taxes! With the same price, we get good hotels very near to rock beach with complimentary breakfast and WIFI. CONCLUSION:Though the property is very new, they need to look into cons and act accordingly to stay in competition or it's gonna be a headache for them in future.
Neat and tidy, good staff and owner.Located in the middle of city, you can visit all the places easily.
clean new property right at the hotspot. vinayagar temple, ashram, beach all within 1.5 km walkable distance.
WIFI wasn’t available. property was in between houses. dirty road with ditches overflowing. No windows to see out.
