Hotel Aura by Woco Stays

Location was walkable distance to most of the places of interest. There were many good eateries around the corner.The room size, space, comfort was excellent. Food was tasty. The arrangement for car service was good.

The breakfast buffet was not set on time.

The property is centrally located, the staff is extremely courteous and makes you really comfortable, spl. mention Priya at the reception is the sweetest, Kannan ji at the breakfast hall serves like he's serving his own kids, he is very nice, Vijay is also very good

The location is perfect for a stay in the white town area and offers good accessibility. The property looks okay from the outside and appears neat inside for a night stay. its quite basic, but beyond that, there isn’t much positive to mention

The property does not offer good value for money. the maintenance is poor. The staff require better training and grooming. Overall, the stay was average, as we expected better quality for the price paid and the star rating conferred

The property is in a great location close to local amenities. The staff were extremely helpful with advice regarding things to do and onward travel. Room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend. Thank you for a great stay!

Bathroom Expected more for the money charged

The honesty at the receptionist when I asked if this is a 4 or 5 star hotel. He answered it is 3 star. The breakfast is good for what you pay.

Normally i wouldn't rate a hotel this low, but this is a big fraud. The hotel is listed as 5 star but it definitely isn't. It has no look, feel or amenities of a 5 star hotel. It's max 3 star and very simple accommodation. It's in a very busy street with lots of traffic. Staff is mostly busy on their phones and not very clever. It takes 5 minutes to get hot water and cleanliness of the rooms are questionable. For our group it was a big disappointment because we had better expectations from the reviews, although I knew that the reviews for many Indian hotels are questionable and unreliable on the platform.

The room is near the beach. Breakfast is good. The room is clean and well decorated.

The location of the hotel is very good, but the door opens on the street. In Puducherry this requires careful attention to traffic.

I liked the property and location

There was no hot water due to some issues which the staff asked to adjust.Breakfast was served but it was normal but after there was no English or American breakfast options Last but not the least the price was bit on the expensive side

The location mainly. Very accessible and close to the white town.

The room didn't have a wardrobe. The window curtain (in room no 105) was broken and we couldn't open it at all for all 3 days. We had to turn the lights on at all times.

Location, restaurants near by and a very plush area and very close to ashram along close vicinity of the beach. All these helped me to manage my movement quite easy.

Parking was bit in adequate. As there were very small space, I was hesitating to take the vehicle out for sight seeing as in that case , I may not find a place to park the car.

Family of 5 who booked two rooms well in advance. They booked us in 2 floors !!Checkin was at 1:30 pm and it took them about 40 minutes to complete the registration process. The curtains in one of the rooms did not work. Hotel staff installed sheets - see photos. My elderly parents had problems sleeping due to the curtain issue. The closet was filthy and not washed properly- see photo. The bedroom pillows were filthy. See photo.The towels - one side was clean and the other side filthy. I am lost how booking.com gave this filthy place 5 star ratings. Wonder if this was done by paid bots.

Nice hotel, spacious rooms, descent breakfast. It was relatively expensive for a hotel without pool and local standards, but nothing unacceptable either.

the Location was great and the room was airy. the food looked good and the general vibe was nice.. good to stay for a few days with family and friends

only 3 parking spots and the breakfast didnt look great so we went out but since there are several good places a hop, skip and jump away, it was ok

Nice hotel. Just a quick walk from the rock beach area. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Booking.com rates it 5star and I don't understand how that's possible. Room and amenities were 3 star, food was 4 star, location

The bathroom with shower should have a proper glass door or at least curtain to prevent scattering of water outside the shower bathroom.The tv could never be seen with the excuse of net work problem.Breakfast menu should have much more and usual items for at least breakfast time.
