To much price for to poor a service and to miserable a place.WARNING DONT GO TO THAT HORRIBLE AND EXPENSIVE HOSTEL.FOR THE SAME PRICE YOU WILL FELL CONFORTABLE IN HOTEL LE PROMENADE , IN HOTEL D'EUROPE AND MANI OTHERS

The location of the property is good

The stay cost us INR 8200 per day. Based on how pricey it was, the service was extremely poor given that we were literally the only guests staying at the property. The breakfast was extremely horrible, they couldn't get basics like dosa and omlette right. Interestingly they laid out a breakfast spread only for one day when a foreigner family stayed in. Obviously domestic guests giving the business doesn't matter much to them and their service quality. The room was just bearable and small compared to the price tag. You can easily get a five star property for this price in Delhi. Very below average experience - do not recommend

Rooms were really comfortable, good size, hot water, ac working well. Complimentary breakfast was okay, could be better.

Quite expensive for the room and breakfast offered

Very pretty and brilliant location close to the seafront and lots of places to eat. Staff were helpful and kind to our toddler, storing his yogurts and giving us some milk for free.

The pool was lovely but it would be amazing if there could be a couple of sun beds to sunbathe up there as well as the tables and chairs for the restaurant.

It was available and in an ok location

The street noise was loud in the room. Staff were no very friendly in the restaurant.

The location was good in the heart of White Town. The restaurant on the 4th floor was good. The staff were helpful and pleasant.

The room was pretty basic with no wardrobe, just a wooden pole for hangers and three shelves. The bathroom was just concrete and would have benefited from being painted. The pool was good but there was nowhere to lie by the pool.

The breakfast wasn't good so we only ate there once even though we'd paid for bfast to be included. Strange they also can't run a bar tab whilst staying there

The staff are exceptionally helpful, especially mr shankar the manager. The housekeeping , the front office team were beyond helpful.

The breakfast was way way below expectations. Although my package included breakfast I landed up eating outside on all days.

A very well maintained property. Quick check-in. Very good room with great cooling. Good bed and pillows with great linen. Great housekeeping. Has a reasonably sized swimming pool, though ultra chlorinated - couldn't get the smell of chlorine off of me even after a soapy shower. Nice bar and restaurant with a nicely diverse menu, good food, and outdoor seating too. Great service.

The battery in the room safe needed replacing. The shower water kept going hot and cold depending on other guests using their bathrooms.

This is a lovely hotel, quite fancy. The location is prime, within walking distance of lovely streets, cafes, restaurants and the beach. The room was nice and there was a mini fan in the bathroom which was a great idea! I would feel safe staying here alone as a female foreign traveller.

My major gripe is that they have a gorgeous rooftop pool but it shuts at 6pm! Why why why!!?? This could be such a perfect spot to swim and overlook the sunset but they close it! Very disappointing and a massive waste of their best asset in my opinion. I was tired and sick all day and then at 5:45 I went for a short swim because the pool was the main reason I booked. The staff even came out to warn me that the pool was closed and begrudgingly let me have 10 mins til 6pm. What a waste!

Good location

Bad noise all the night long in the room coming from the outdoor HVAC units.Also, after going through a bad experience with the taxi called by the hotel to go back to Chennai, the final answer received from the staff was to pay the amount in full.

Poor service, not value for money

Poor service, very under staff, your request wont served for hours after being requested.Rooms has AC issue. Staff raised hand middle of the night when ac turned off.Breakfast very few items and that too will finish in first 15-20 mins even though they say it is for hours.Overall not at all a value for the money you paid.

Lovely location with a lovely view from the terrace. Beautiful old-world rooms.

Parking is an issue. Not safe enough.

there was no buffet spread on day 1. day 2 there was a below average to average buffet spread. my suggestion is don't opt for breakfast from here as there are multiple spots where you can have breakfast from in white town. believe its because the room occupancy was too low. however while booking it says only 2 rooms left/hurry etc. There's a private parking space (open ground) where you can park your car besides parking at the curb side. however at night curb side parking will not be safe as the street can get little crowded and people use a lot of scooters through no entry as well.

icy approach. The lady at the reception desk needs to smile more. they didn't even ask for the room card while checking out, let alone ask how the stay was. no concierge nothing.
