On what grounds you gave 5 star rating to this hotel.booking .Com totally misleading me to book this worst facility. You charged Rs 35K plus for this worst property. It is a joint scam by the property and booking.com. the place is not safe. No water .not clean.no professional service. Bath flush not working .doors not locking.unsafe place .they don't even know to talk to the customers properly. Third rate rogues....I never use booking.com again in my life.worst experience..

Breakfast was included in our booking but we think the taste and quality could be better.

The property was located at a suitable location with Serenity beach at a walking distance of 20m only. The environment around is very peaceful, completely quiet, perfect for someone who wants to spend sometime away from city hustle. The staff is very helpful, available at a call and facilities were decent for a comfortable stay. Overall I had a comfortable stay at this beautiful property.

Only issue was frequent power cuts but they have complete power back-up so that is okay.

Bathtub unclean so couldn’t use, breakfast was same everyday.

House keeping level zero. Even rooms were not ready for check-in. No towels, no drinking water on check-in and other day.

Breakfast was very nice. Kitchen main chef was very cooperative and helpful.The location was nice. Booked studio rooms but were given normal deluxe rooms. Need to define Studio.

The facilities provided are very basic. Drinking water provision in room and room cleaning/ housekeeping need to be improved.

Location by the beach was very good.Breakfast was excellent south Indian food.Room was clean and well maintained.Staff were friendly and helpful

We expected water bottles to be free of cost for the amount of money we paid for the accomodation.We were expecting room to be more spacious.

Seafood was very fresh and tasty.. Swimming pool was clean and well maintained.. Staffs were very courteous... Very friendly... Balcony.. Sea view.. Beach access.. All were too gud

Only drawback was in our villa, bathroom was in ground floor and bed was in first floor.. So everytime, we need to come down..

*Location was ok, but comes with terrible service*The location, close to the beach, is the only redeeming factor of this stay. Read befire u book, dont get carried away with fakse reviews saying its awesome..i was fooled with good reviews.-> The Sea View Villa is inconveniently designed, with the washroom on the ground floor and steep stairs up to the bedroom. Not at all worth the money, even the bed is too hard.The restaurant experience was awful. Breakfast was just okayish, felt like same sambar and cutbeys were served for two days in a row... dinner was a disaster both nights. The restaurant staff, particularly the in-charge, displayed poor attitude, even laughing at customer orderering straight from the menu on thier back. The management took no responsibility for the poor service. A deeply disappointing experience that made us check our early not to spoil out holiday futher!

Only good thing about the place is its location by the beach.

The only positive aspect of this stay was the location, conveniently close to the beach.Bad part:The Sea View Villa had a poorly designed layout, with the washroom on the ground floor and steep stairs leading to the bedroom on the first floor. Unfortunately, the restaurant service and food quality were subpar. While breakfast was ok, dinner on both nights was extremely disappointing, with disorganized management and unengaged staff. Would not recommend for dining!Had booked for 3 night's but having to cut short the trip to avoid further dissatisfaction.

Breakfast could be with more variety and choice. The place was peaceful but away from main white town. On plus it was right on a beach. But choice of food is a problem.

Staff and location

Breakfast can be better. Breakfast items is very less and not got refilled. Staff simply say it's over and guest has to go without food.Current is tripping and the click noise throughout night left us with no sleep. Room cleaning is not regular, and we had to request for bed sheet change and bathroom cleaning, Fresh towel and complimentary coffee has to be requested several times to refilled for day wise. No SOP followed on cleaning and refilling frequency.
