It was close to the airport and good value! The in-house restaurant was great and the room was comfortable. The design and layout is iconic and very modern chic!
Cool industrial vibe with art murals. Lots of seating for eating. Good indoor / outdoor space. Room was comfortable and cool with concrete floors; liked the bathroom setup. Super easy location for airport access. Helpful to set up tours. Beautiful Christmas tree lighting event!! Excellent entertainment and complimentary appetizers and desserts!! Lovely people all around ❣️
Beautiful building and the restaurant was very nice. The staff was very helpful and nice. Laundry service there at the hotel and they provided a shuttle to the airport which is 3 minutes away. They made everything very convenient.
Super Location near the airport 3 minutes, the stuff was friendly and the breakfast was excellent even the best.sure will visit again.
the room and the bathroom was spacious
the hallwaly looked like a warehouse not a hotel
The staff are very friendly and courteous. They are fluent in English and provided a glass of juice on arrival. We were checked in very quickly and the bellhop brought our backs up within a few minutes. They were friendly and always smiling. We left before breakfast for a trip to El Nido and since we missed breakfast hours they packed us a sandwich, egg, and banana for our trip. It was handed to me at checkout. They are very friendly and the service is amazing. The building was clean, close to the airport, close to many places to eat, and had nice room layouts that were very spacious. For the price you cannot beat the value. I honestly wished we stayed there longer. It was great. Will definitely be booking there again on my future trips. Thanks Canvas. You are exceptional! Keep up the great work!!!
Absolutely nothing. It was great!
Staff were lovely, super friendly. Dinner menu was excellent. Great fruit juice! Excellent location - walkable from the airport, easy to get picked up for tours.
Pool is out of commission at this time - was not informed prior to booking/check-in. Place is very “artsy” and a lot of hard surfaces - echo-ey and loud.
Great staff. Convenient location, clean facility and great dining hall.
Pool was not operational when I went, under renovation. It was only mentioned after booking.
The location is close to the airport. The hotel is nice, clean and bed is comfortable, room is big. Staffs are polite
AC is not that much cold
location, room was nice.
pool was closed for renovations
Close to the airport and many restaurants, the staff was very friendly and attentive, took care of every request and tour we had
Breakfast selection was a bit poor for Western tourists (bread, cheese and cereals)
The staff were great. We were leaving before the breakfast started so they offered us a breakfast meal to take with us which was really nice. The airport shuttle in the morning was great. Super convenient to the airport.
The room size was large, well laid out and "different". Very relaxing. The service was excellent and facilities well above average. There is a pleasant bar, restaurant and outside deck area. In fact everthing a traveller would want. Close to the airport but no noise from aircraft activities.Highly recommended.
Hard to think of a negative. The hotel ticked all the boxes.
Spacious room; the shower, sink, and toilet were separated. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Close to the airport and they had a shuttle going there. Staff were lovely, attentive and assisted us when needed. Great choice of breakfast as well.
The wifi on the fourth floor was weak, TV barely working.
