Aziza Paradise Hotel

Breakfast is excellent. Pool and surrounding area are very nice and well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is fairly close to the main road and if you know how to navigate the local transportation is pretty convenient to the attractions.

The only thing to not like about Aziza is weird shower stalls and the lighting in the rooms is reminiscent of a turn of the century mental hospital. Still love the place but gotta be honest.

Need a covered walkway to the rooms. Room a little small for 3 people. Same fruit with every meal

The staff, especially in the restaurant, is very friendly & courteous. However, housekeeping is a bit slow at cleaning our room. We came back at 4:30 & our room was still not cleaned.

My room was old & smelled musty. They need to put more money into upgrading the rooms.

Friendly staff and good location as we were going to the airport early the next morning. Also loved the free shuttle!

Its relaxing..staffs are very accomodating and the food was great.

The rooms need to be renovated specially the bathroom some metals are rusty.

My room smells like moldy. They don’t scrub the toilet, the sink, the shower and they don’t sweep the floor! And I don’t think the duvet cover are being replaced!!

The staff are so lovely and kind. The pool is beautiful and the room was fine.

The breakfast was not great and the restaurant for dinner could use improvement.

We were initially given two rooms that were placed beside each other, not matching the description we booked. The AC in one of the rooms was busted and had molds. We were then upgraded to two different rooms, both of which were bigger than we booked which was a good way to compensate us for the first two rooms, but one of the newer rooms AC was not getting cold enough, after 2-3 troubleshooting by the maintenance, we learned that the AC unit needed deep cleaning. Two hours was wasted because of this.Television sets are not consistent, some rooms are equipped with Smart TVs while others have cable connectionThe lock on the sliding door of 332’s balcony is busted.

The staff attention was really good.

Room was filthy. We found a LOT of cockroaches in the room and a couple INSIDE the mini fridge.

The breakfast buffet was top notch! Amazing spread! I never had to venture out for food because there was such a huge selection of many items at the hotel restaurant, lots of yummy flavors. The staff were so hospitable. The atm machine was convenient. And the spa was absolutely wonderful, offering a wide array of services to pamper yourself after a long day of tour activities! The pool was nice, and there was even live music Friday night which was really nice and relaxing to listen to whilst enjoying cocktails from the bar. Reliable airport shuttle service to and from the hotel was super convenient. I would definitely stay here again, mahalo Aziza??

There was no hot water which was fine with the weather but still would have liked a warm shower during my stay; also no usb port to charge phones in the room. This would be a strong recommendation to have in rooms or maybe keep a couple at the front desk to loan out to guests.

Friendly staff and cleanliness in the room.

A bit off the beaten path from the city so you really need to take a tuktuk to go out and explore the city. Moldy / Dirty cushions on pool chairs.

It’s a bit old and rundown. The bathrooms close to the restaurant were not clean.
