- There was a bad smell in the toilet and the room was humid with no fresh air once I entered the room.
- The air conditioner was very loud. For those who are not used to the sounds, will have a hard time sleeping in the sound. Room also got cold really fast and there was only one thin bedsheet to cover with

Poor
tv- youtubehot water - walataxi p100 surcharge
Good
Aircon didn’t work on the first room, we were transfer several times.
Location , lots of places to eat close by
Non smoking room that a smoker had used. Breakfast was very limited and expensive
Clean, close to airport, close to food establishments
No tea / coffee in the room. Breakfast was very poor for the price very little choice. No fresh fruit. Coffee very poor. No fresh milk.
Clean and well presented, close to the airport
No hot water
Our room was spacious and clean.
TV has only 1 chanel and poor reception; there’s only 1 bed cover which was the flat sheet -we got cold while sleeping; there were only 2 pillows (we hv king size bed). They will charge extra 80 pesos per pillow. Lack of toiletries. We can hear loud music from the outside until 4am.
The breakfast was great. The location is good; close to the airport. Good value for money
Rooms are not soundproof, so you can hear everything going on outside and in the hallways.
We checked in very late and only stayed one night since we had a flight in the morning. The location is great, close to the airport! The hotel provides the airport shuttle for extra cost but we just ended up getting a tuktuk because it was waaaay cheaper that way. You can also walk if you don't have too much luggage, about 25-30 minutes walk to the airport.
-It’s located close to several restaurants.-Rooms were spacious enough (especially for the price).-Close to the airport, main road; public transportation etc.-There was a refrigerator in our room which was very helpful -Front desk attendants were exceptional!
-The AC doesn’t work in the entire building but thats okay. It was just a little hot getting to and from our room.-The water pressure isn’t the best, but still workable-Would have liked some more amenities in the room such as an ironer for clothes.-You hear everything! All sounds from outside throughout the night; including our AC which was a little frustrating when trying to sleep. Overall, the accommodation is good value for what we paid
Affordable and near the airport. Staff were friendly enough.
They charge extra for shuttle service to and from the airport. The room looked clean at first but the sheets had stains and dried blood on them. The room safe and blowdryer were both broken. The aircon made a clanging noise every few minutes.
Staff and reception very kind, polite and helpful
Good location, near the airport.Specious room with private bathroom and hot water.
All good.
•Buffet breakfast was included.•Located near the airport.•Ideal for a short stay.
* Few shops, entertainment options, and activities in the area.
It was lovely to have very spacious room after traveling for 3 weeks. The location was great, i was only staying for the night as transiting to El Nido. The reception was very helpful getting me a kettle I asked for and gave me all information I needed. The boy at the reception was super helpful with opening doors and bringing my luggage.
The only thing at checkout that made me feel a little uncomfortable, I was asked to wait so they can check my room.
Clean and smells good from the lobby to your room, comfortable to sleep, spacious room and clean. Delicious food. Staffs were great
During black-out, the elavator wasn't available. Not good for the elderly or with heavy baggage to use the stairs.
strong wifi connection, clean room, approachable staff
Location is near establishments and the airport. Spacious room. Staffs are nice as well. ❤️
