Breakfast, I was expecting to have a breakfast with a touch of Palawan in it. Also, please consider people who are vegitarian in your menu. Not many choices for them. Maybe you can ask during check in so you know what are your guests preferences in breakfast so you can consider. All in all I have a great stay with my family.

The breakfast is good and the food has an average taste overall. The restaurant tends to get too crowded because of the limited tables and chairs. However, the staff are courteous and easy to deal with, which makes the experience better.
It could have been better if aside from the pancake ,they also offer sunny side up eggs

The staff were very helpful and friendly. There is a lovely pool and lounge area. The breakfast had great variety and was very nice, they also served dinner there. It is a walking distance from the main shopping mall, and it is not very far from the airport.
The room was more basic than photos showed, but the pool, reception, dining area were all very nice. The bed was a little bit hard, and the air conditioning fan was very loud.
LIKE:Friendly welcoming at the desk. Easy check in. Glass of juice to welcome us. Escort to the room with bags.Dislike:The keyless entry for the room didn't work so good, went through a couple keys, still didn't work so housekeeping let us in.

The swimming pool was great for the kids. The room was big and I liked that it had a bath. The buffet / all you can eat dinner for 399 per person was good value.
The first room had no hot water so they moved us to another room this didn’t have a plug in the shower. The breakfast was ok. The pool area could do with some more loungers around. WiFi not good on the rooms

Bathroom needs updating, couldn't get hot water, but housekeeping resolved it promptly wifi hit and miss but that's the same all over the Philippines
Location
Outside my room, there was constant banging of hammers, and when I stepped out, the air was filled with the overwhelming smell of strong epoxy glue. Even the workers had towels around their noses to shield themselves from the fumes. It was such an unpleasant experience. What’s frustrating is that there were plenty of vacant rooms, yet they chose to disrupt my stay by fixing the hotel right where I was staying.
