Hotel Centro Puerto Princesa

The staff was helpful, nice, polite. The location is good, not far from the airport of the mall.

This is a very basic hotel. Very old fashioned rooms with no wi fi, no technology, only 2 wall plugs. Needs an update badly. Very basic breakfast with no brewed coffee if that's important to you. But it's cheap and clean. That maybe all you need.

Near shopping center and included airport shuttle & decent fitness center.

Room was very small and insufficient space for my belongings.

The bed and pillows were quite comfortable.

There was only 1/4 roll of toilet paper in the bathroom and no telephone, so had to go to reception to get more. TV was old and small with no good channels. Big room but empty - needs a side table by the bed and a couch and some furniture like a table in the room. The shower had no warm water and I went back to the reception to ask for it to be fixed. Poor management at this hotel - needs a better hotel manager.

The hotel is around 10 min from the airport. The entrance is clean and welcoming. The staff are friendly during check-in. The hotel was built to be very quiet (well-insulated from sound) and we really appreciate it so we could rest. The rooms were spacious as described and this is a good thing. Wifi was available. There is a garden where you can walk.The have a restaurant downstairs. Gym has sufficient equipment for a short stay. The outside pool is good. The hotel is ideal for conferences and they have a conference room.The hotel is close to Robinsons Mall and Jollibee fast-food for essential needs and dinner options.

Check-in took time because they were still fixing the door in my assigned room. It would be better if breakfast had more healthy options. Restaurant menu can be improved.

The personnel were really lovely and made our stay really nice,We are coming back for 2 more nights as we really enjoyed our stay

The gym is not very well equippedCould do with some free weights for people to work out .

The worst customer service, you need to ask for everything, wifi, towels, room claening, breakfast took a lot to be ready, broken shower

You can tell from the moment you walk in that Hotel Centro was once a grand hotel. Beautiful woodworking, spiral marble staircase (modern elevator as well). It once had a spa and a rooftop sky lounge called the Sicilian bar and there used to be a bar next to the very large swimming pool area. The hotel is still comfortable and a good value but maintenance has declined over the years. The pool is in need of resurfacing but still swimmable. Outside areas need paint and maintenance.The hotel has 111 rooms but I would guess less than five or six were booked during our stay. Hopefully with tourism picking up they'll get more guests and be able to bring her back to her former glory.The staff are excellent and very accommodating.

It's just hard to see a gem in need of a good makeover.

The hotel's location is really good. Its very accessible to public transportation.

The pool area is not that well maintained. The water pressure at the shower is not consistent though that might have been a problem with the city's water supply since the other hotel we stayed at have the same problem.

Room 409 had a city view and was nicely setup for our purpose. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Bacon, egg, fried chicken, fruit plate (rice for Filipino and bread for western breakfast).

huge complex with approx 2 rooms booked therefore poorly maintained. bathroom dirty and moldy in the shower

Location is excellent, close to many restaurants. Room was comfortable and clean. Pool was enjoyable. Breakfast was choice between Filipino (egg, rice, breakfast meats) or western style (egg, bread, butter and bacon) both came with fruit plate as well.

Pool bar and Sicily bar on the roof were both closed.

Staff was great. Wifi works.

Interior are very old. TV doesnt work, bad signal. Everything is very old. Looks like 3 star hotel, not 4. Very expensive for what they offering.I think better is go to other hotel.

nothing to like except the bed was comfortable and Air Cooler was working great

it’s by no means 4 star or Haydn your a three star. old carpets, small not so clean washroom with very poor quality of amenities. ties were so old type . breakfast was very ordinary. there are so many better place than this one .

There were very few hotel restaurant food choices. They had two bottles of wine only!

Disappointing

Charged full price but is only currently open as B&B no facilities open even bar fridge empty. Bar not open. restaurant not open. pool pumps not running pool not open.
