Very well maintained, warm and helpful staff, beautiful surroundings.

The junior suite was excellent . The pool was clean and refreshing. The staff were helpful and very courteous and the breakfast was delish !

Everything was perfect !

The beach is beautiful, unspoiled, and natural, and the swimming pool is the most beautiful I have ever seen.

Breakfast, however, needs improvement: there should be more sliced fruit options, more cereals such as muesli, more yogurt choices, a wider selection of breads (including crackers and biscuits), and more fresh juices.

Love the place so much and the staffs, especially Kuya Aj and Kuya Michael!

Value for money. Ivan the manager was very good. We were given a room in the worst location but he quickly solved the problem.

This hit all of the vacation requirements of luxury and location, but it is remote.

Given its remoteness you are limited to the grounds of the hotel, the beach and the few beach facilities (massage).

Overpriced food and drinks

Grounds and pool are fantastic. Breakfast is exceptional. Especially our server Zairine. Good variety. Well prepared.

Boring repetitive menu. Same menu for lunch. Dinner. Room service. Boring. Lack of interest or ability to manage large group noise at night.

While the property boasts a clean environment and courteous staff, several aspects of our stay were disappointing and fell short of expectations for a hotel under the Sheraton brand.Firstly, the beds in the room were notably small and not well-suited for two adults, impacting overall comfort. Additionally, the absence of a wardrobe made unpacking and organizing belongings inconvenient, especially for longer stays.The check-in process was surprisingly complex, requiring an unusual amount of personal information, which felt unnecessary and time-consuming. During our stay, the staff maintained an overly enthusiastic demeanor—greeting guests repeatedly and engaging in unsolicited small talk. Though well-intentioned, this behavior came across as forced rather than genuinely hospitable.A more serious concern was discovering a bug in the bedsheets, which raised questions about the thoroughness of housekeeping.Overall, while the hotel has potential, there are key areas—particularly guest comfort and authenticity in service—that need attention to align with the expectations of an international brand.

Private beach front resort, with everything you need and high quality. Ideal for couples.

Don’t forget anything as a very long 3+ hour drive from Puerto Princesa airport (didn’t don my homework here). This was a bit of a punish.

The bedroom is the perfect size. The bed and pillows are super comfortable and in general everything is very clean and perfectly maintained. The staff is super friendly and it's a very safe place. Also the food was surprisingly good. Very recommended.

Nothing at all. I just wish we stayed longer.

the staff are very friendly and helpful. they really want to make your stay as nice as possible. the pool is very good for kids, being close to the beach and a with a poolbar where you can take fresh fruits cocktails for the kids.the restaurant also serves very good food, not only international, but also local filipino which is very tasty.

Service at the restaurant - staff were very polite, but completely unorganized and too often the waiting times were excessive. Additionally, the number of sun umbrellas at the pool were not enough.

Great hotel structure, the pools are very good. Plenty of sunbeds in the beach. Breakfast is nice, location is perfect for PP Underground River tour. There are ATMs close by and other activities to do as well, beach is good for swimming.

The main downturn for me was the restaurant and beach bar. At night, there food takes too long time to arrive, the first penne carbonara I ate gave me diarrhea next day (didn't happen in one week traveling in palawan). The beach bar uses hot water for drinks and put ice, when you get them they are not really cold. The menu of the restaurant is limited, and there are not good options around in town. Also VERY EXPENSIVE for Palawan, 450 php for a red bull, 200 php for a Pepsi, 680 php for a pasta. As you don't have other good options, it's sad.For the room, the only bad thing is the shower, very weak flow for hot water, baths were not pleasant.

The pool was superb. Great it was the same length all the way as this made it safe for my daughter. We liked the basketball hoop and the pool bar menu.

Some of the food and drink spirits were not available.
