Hotel Fleuris

Awesome place. Staff is great. Third stay here and there will be a fourth.

Need to cushion the doors. Even when you close them slowly, they sound like they are being slammed. Got woken up early due to this.

Location was right next to mall and walking distance to baywalk area. There was one staff member, Edgar(?), who’s been there for over 25 years that was very nice and always made sure we were well taken care of.

The front desk staff was just okay, breakfast was at 6, but even by 645 the cook still was not there. Staff that was there was gracious enough to cook egg and rice. They didn’t have change so I was forced to leave more tip than I would have liked to. The bed was hard, no room safe, but did have free water.

We liked the decor in the rooms and the signature drink that was offered.

The photos online made the area look a little nicer than it was.

The location was great, just next to the center and mall. The hotel's restaurant was a very good Japanese restaurant, and it also served continental (fruity) breakfast and American food. The Hotel helped organize the very last second a fantastic trip to the underground river (very famous).

The elevator is missing, but the staff was very helpful in carrying luggage up and down the stairs. Minor, only solid soap bars were available, but you can easily buy liquid soap at the mall nearby (2 minutes walking).,

Breakfast is good, but we'd also like vegetarian and vegan options. Their location is central to plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes. We Be's Pinoy style Japanese food is also very good!

Only two small bottles of drinking water are included per day. Other places at similar ratings or price provide drinking water on tap, or as needed.

I stayed at Fleuris Hotel in May 2023, and it was a very nice experience. The room was comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly, polite, and helpful. It was one of the few options I found with a 24-hour reception that welcomed us at 4 a.m. after a 6-hour journey from El Nido. Besides taking great care of us during our stay, the hotel also assisted me in retrieving a personal item I had forgotten at the hotel. I have nothing but praise and gratitude for their outstanding service.

Very disappointed that the swimming pool was out of order this time. We have stayed there a number of times now and the swimming pool is a big attraction for us.

Our room was a bit dated, no tea or coffee in the room. WIFI was poor, bed was hard not very comfortable. Outside noise from hotel dog whining both nights outside our window, I mentioned it to staff but it continued. Noise from builders / storage yard during the night directly across from the hotel. This was also our view from the window. The underground river tour I booked there, found out the next day there were additional detours and extra costs that weren't mentioned. I wouldn't have booked tour through the hotel if I had known this.

location was just right - in front of a large shopping mall, near the main avenue. 5 minutes away from restaurants and banks. staff also went out of their way to arrange transportation to El Nido.

wifi was spotty. the hair dryer provided to us was dirty. however these are not deal-breakers.

The hotel is centrally located and is near two major shopping malls. Despite the central location, though, the hotel still has a quiet atmosphere and you can be assured of a restful sleep after a day of sightseeing.

Nothing really except that it may be a little too expensive for what it offers. Breakfast was also limited and servings were on the small side.
