Pros +

Area is big n comfort. Easy to move.
- Location-wise, easy access to all tourist spots. - Facilities are good. - Love the outdoor pool, pretty big, suitable for toddlers, kids and adults.
The room was so dirty. There's rubbish under the bed and the room not as spacious as expected. The bathroom is not clean either.

Cons -

Overall ok except that i am staying family of 4 n we have only 1 tea n 1 necafe. I can see 4 creamer n 4 sugar. No tissue box in the room or bathroom. We are given only 1 toothbrush in bathroom. The rest is ok.
- Cleanliness can be improve. (bedsheet felt a bit sandy (berpasir) and some stain on the blanket cover)- leftover crumbs on the dining table inside the room.
1) Room size very congested, not suitable to place 2 queen size bed2) The mattress condition is awfully3) Noise - can hear people's voices in another room clearly 4) The glasses provided in the room are not clean

Near the airport

There is no elevator, only stairs. Not elderly or child friendly without the elevator. The room is not very clean. There were ants, lizard droppings, stained sheets, dirty cups.

The location near to airport and work, near to restaurant and clinic. No breakfast provided if booked through booking.com and if no peak season

The toilet door is broken and no mirror inside the room

5Msabri68Posted on: 9-4-2023

breakfast so-so. not meet the expectation.

The breakfast coupon was not as per advertised... 4 people/room in booking.com site but at hotel, the counter said only eligible for 2 only.
