The staff were exceptionally friendly. The front desk in the morning of the 13th September even went out of their way to get us an early check in. The room was super clean and well stocked Throughout our stay they made sure we had clean towels and bedding. The breakfast spread was actually beyond our expectations. With a variety of local delights like nasi dagang, nasi kerabu, laksa Terengganu and many more. Even my sister who is spice intolerant found a variety of dishes to savour. The kitchen staff were really friendly and kept the dishes replenished. The bus boys namely Anas, Iqbal and Lutfi were very gracious and kept asking on how we were. Overall, our stay was a very pleasant one.
The pool was overcrowded most of the time. The hotel is quite far from the main town. Grab was a little difficult to get at times.
Swimming pool is exceptional. Room is clean and spacious. Strategic location. Nearby beach and airport
Parking quite far from lobby
the cafe, the staf & cleanlines of the room
the towel had the odour of wet cloths
My booking has been upgraded to a studio suite and we are more than happy to have an early check in after the long journey.Spacious room for our small family of 4.An attractive small theme park for kids & separate swimming pool for ladies.
Nothing. This hotel is clean, and the staff was friendly + helpful.Free parking is quite far behind this hotel but you can opt for a reserve parking lot in front of the lobby with additional charges.
The room is clean.
Tv doesnt have netflix.Breakfast is below expectation.
The room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious! The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The cons is that the parking near the lobby is not free, with a minimum fee of RM15 and maximum of RM25. However, you can park beside or behind the hotel for free; will need for a short walk.
Disappointing
The passage to the room passes by the housekeeping storage areas which were kept open and were dirty and foul smelling. Felt like you were going to your room that is back of the house.
The location were easy because it beside the airport and my kids love to see when the aircraft landed and take off.
The parking is not enough and the sign is somewhat confusing.
Breakfast was ok, a variety of local food. Food ala cart from the restaurant was good though. The children's pool is ok-ish. Staff are very friendly.
Room is spacious and clean, but the difference level of floor at the room entrance, and again between the room floor and the bathroom is annoying. Almost everybody in my family stumble and fell. Somehow, I can say for what you pay and the quality that you get. there is still a big room for improvement.
Spacious room, breakfast is good and tasty
Toilet cannot flush but the maintainance fix it immediately
The place is very stretegic and main area with nearest location we want to visit. The room very clean and so fragrance we check in. The staff very helpful and make us very comfortable to staying. We really recommend if want to stay here especially when you bring your kids.

The room is spacious and clean.
The location quite far from town but near the airport.
Location is not far from city center.
The mattress is too hard, water pressure is too low for showering and hot water supply is not consistent. The worst thing is the noise from the outside road at night make me unable to sleep.
Near to airport
Far from the city centre. Noisy at nightMattress is not comfortable
The hotel is clean, spacious, the pool is amazing
Can improve more on the varieties of food for breakfast and the taste.
The room is clean & spacious, got varieties of breakfast. Food is tasty too.
