The Grand Puteri Hotel

Location is great ... Near to everything.... Mosque, eateries, central market, etc.

Pillows not comfortable.

Great

parking and services food at outside

Staffs were helpful and friendly.

1.AC was malfunction , have to request for a room change at 10.00p.m.2.Noise from announcements made for passengers at the nearby bus terminal3. Room size was quite small

Near mosque, nearby attraction place. Breakfast spread needs improvement with wider choices.

To upgrade tv as all channels are blurred. To add astro for guests who like to stay indoor.

Strategic location, near Mayang mall, the bus station, masjid and airport. Breakfast was nice and has a lot of options. The staffs are very nice and helpful.

Some facilities seemed a bit outdated, like the iron, tv and pool. But still usable.

Location next to Masjid Abidin, bus station and nearby restaurants.

:The hotel delivers well on basics: water pressure is strong, with both hot and cold options functioning smoothly. The bed strikes a pleasant balance — neither too firm nor too soft, ensuring a restful sleep.Breakfast is a highlight, with the nasi dagang standing out. The fragrant rice pairs beautifully with a rich, flavorful fish gravy. However, the air-conditioned setting, while comfortable, does slightly harden the rice, a minor flaw in an otherwise satisfying meal.Safe ample parking is provided.

Rooms facing the city side tend to heat up in the afternoon sun, with the air-conditioning needing a bit of time to cool the space to a comfortable temperature.

The location is right in the middle of Kuala Terengganu town. The breakfast selection was superb. Their staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Location is good because it's near the State Mosque and Pasar Payang. The hotel is also easily accessible via the state road and LPT Highway. It also accepts last minute booking. The guest car park is ample and conveniently located near the hotel.

The facilities and furniture were old and repainted to look new. The breakfast spread was limited.

The bed, air condition, parking, location, lift was okay.

We could not flush our toilet bowl in our room. Called the maintenance 2 times to repair. Lastly the hotel change us to another room. However, we experience other guest opened our door at night. This was very unpleasant. The door was not fully automatically closed when we release the door for closing. We had to put in extra push to the door, so that the door will fully close.

Nice place near to many popular places. Breakfast is ok. Got pool.

Room & bathroom a bit old but ok.

Friendly staff, close to.mosque, good breakfast, clean....

The breakfast. It has many choices.

It's too near to the bus terminal. It's quiet noisy everytime there is an anouncement for the passengers. There are many ants in the room. It is uncomfortable for us during the stay.

Breakfast was super awesome..tasty nasi dagang, keropok lekor and everything superb

Broken drain cover at pool, old carpet, water inside bathroom room 224 stagnant, please slow down announcement at walkway too loud

Location

The furniture too old and have smell…time to change maybe. The cleanliness need to improve

Nice place with complete amenities. Good and tasty breakfast.

The pool, a. A little bit cloudy and murky.

Easy to park.

1. Sound of the service trolley. Its quite loud when it was passing by the room.2. The AC outdoor unit is making loud noise. I cannot get good sleep. (Room 220)3. Limited choice for breakfast.4. Insufficient lighting/lamp.

-The pool was wide and roomy. My kids enjoy swimming in the pool.-Love the tempura, orange juice-The bellboy offers his best service.

-The housekeeping lady should attend an etiquette class. I asked for an extra towel, and she responded as if I didn't have the right to ask. - - The main menu consisted entirely of nasi dagang and mee.The half-boiled egg was chilly, and there was no dessert(kuih etc) less variety of fruit, salad, etc. - Clogged sink in the bathroom.

The location is strategically located within reach to restaurant and shops. The room service foods were nice and affordable.

The bedsheet needs to ensure cleanliness is up to the standard. I have to layer down with clean towel and clothes before sleep. I got rashes and itchiness entire body. And not just be both if us did. We nearly call up housekeeping to change the bedsheet. But because its already after midnight, we just skip it anyway.
