location. Received room at 8th Floor with sea view .

Breakfast choices are very poor . Bed is not firm . Door was not closing properly ,have to push to close .otherwise it will make sound . One of Plug got shot , they replaced it . room had no towel , need to ask . They provided after asking.

I liked that the sleeping area and the bathroom were cleaned properly

The channels on the television were grainy. The wifi connection in the room was bad, having wifi deadspots from the bed to the window where it was further from the entrance

Big room however the bed too close to each other. Otherwise overall good

Small prking space per car

What we love the most is the high water pressure and extremely cooling air-conditioning. It's location is very strategic and convenient in the center of town which are also quite near to some of the tourist attractions around town.Thumbs up guys and keep up the good work!!!

Breakfast would be great if it serves local delicacies like nasi dagang, Laksam and etc

The rom i hv booked is spacious for two people and its clean n tidy but tnot much deco in room.

The service was so good after they allow me to change the room after the bad smells from the carpets.

Unfortunately, we couldn’t have breakfast. By 9:30 AM, everything was already gone, only bread was left.

Service was friendly

The rooms were very old, dirty and moldy.Aswell the bathroom.

In the city centre and walking distance to Dataran Shah Bandar to have close view of the famous Drawbridge, Chinatown, Mayang market for handicrafts and Palace muznah.

Open air parking. Parking under the tree will be rewarded with sticky and hard to clean birds’ droppings.

An extra pillow is RM 50/piece~EXPENSIVE! The electrical rizor door not locked and easy to access! The breakfast sucks! Cheapskate and never cared on flavors + not covered! Filthy where the room carpet is shown no upgrades nor cleanliness for the past 36 years! Watermarks on the ceiling! Housekeeping did not do well at all! No maintenance nor fixing on the aircon, NO air filter, broken air swing & cooling coil + blower fan was full or DUST! The bed condition is POOR (seems like sinking in the middle)! Door sensor isn't working properly! Dirty sheets with stains!

Centre of the city

They did not top up the breakfast..I went down 9am at the cafe..most of food empty.

water heater dalam tandas semua function , even sinki pon ada air panas which is very good ! all staff friendly . semua perfect. bilik bersih , tingkap ada tapi tong smpah jela semua tkda plastik

The cleanliness. There are hairs on the bed. The floor is not vacuum.

Rates & location are attractive

Wi-Fi is totally not working despite informing the reception as no action was taken until the next morning I checked out. Unable to do my office work.

Breakfast was good and quite a variety to choose from. The location of the hotel was great and walkable to the shops, eateries, mall.

The air conditioner was not working at its best hence the room was a little hot.
