Hotel Seri Malaysia Kuala Terengganu

the shower and air-condition

the toilet room look like Old

Receptionist ok

No freezer Parking limited House keeping make up without my permission

The room facilities quite good

Our room included breakfast but don't put so much expectation on it. The hallway looks like a hospital - no carpet

Location and staff

Toilet horrible, and every morning noise came from exhaust fan.

Staff and location. Everyone is helpful

Run down hotel. Insufficient amenities. For a chain hotel carrying a Malaysia name on its brands, it's a shameful to Malaysia. Not up to standard. Management should look into it. Rename your brand, it's a big shame that you carry Malaysia name while provided pathetic products

Room is adequate for couple; no complaints. Location is just few minutes walk away from Pasar Payang along a scenic route.

Parking space is inadequate and most likely you have to park outside and pay.

Room clean, good service from customer service( male staff).

Toilet not in good condition..water on the floor not flow out correctly..One of the chair not in good condition.need to extra carefull when use it.Wifi sometime have problem to connect.

Location and the food at the restaurant.

The hotel is very old, bathroom needs renovation. It's okay for one night stay.

It was in the middle of the town. Near to markets and easy to go places

The tv doesnt work and leaking using the hose in the bathroom

Strategic location which are in the middle of town

Not much menu for breakfastAdditional charge for egg

Location is good with limited parking availability. Nasib baik the breakfast has varieties of food, tasty.

Old furniture, old towel. Basically old building lah

Location is very near to restaurants with beer, and river view is splendid.

Older hotel needs some maintenance.

Location is the best . And come with parking. close to main town.

the bathroom and shower place a bit old and weird.

The room was very clean and the staffs were so friendly.

The hotel is a bit old

The staff was so helpful

No toothbrush and toothpasteThe blanket was not comfortable

Location, value for your money

Bathroom kind of small and the shower place not very safe in my opinion but overall this place is okay.

The location is really near to the waterfront, pasar payang, chinatown

Bathroom not really clean

Location.

Parking.Breakfast is bad. I have stayed in a RM90 per room hotel with far better breakfast.Expecting some local delicacies but not forthcoming.

Location is good, close to Pasar Payang

Less parking space, have to park at extra parking lot near Royal Cemetery

nearby the center, basic room facilities were well maintained, and their staff assisted us so well. thank you, guys!
