Affordable price below RM100 per night. Location in the middle of Kuala Terengganu, easy access to tourist spots like Pasar Payang, Jambatan Terengganu, beaches.

Customer service so-so. You can hear doors opening and people laughing in the hall from the room. The room smells musty, please invest some air freshener from MR DIY or ECO shop!

The air conditioning is constantly leaking, the bed is NOT CLEAN and the toilet is a mess..

Everything. Staff very rude and unprofessional. Room is not ready when we arrived. Need to come back 1 hour later and when we checked in the room is not very clean. Floor is not swept, sink tap is broken (water is bursting from everywhere), one light is not functioning. Even for a budget hotel, this is not acceptable as basic amenities are off and not well maintained.

they change the room that i booked. i chose 2 single bes but i got queen bed. and the room full of ciggaret smell.

Nearby to the hotel are restaurants which you can walk within short distance. Also, if you are willing to walk further, the hotel is near to KTCC Mall and Pasar Payang

There is mold on the wall. The television could not be tuned on. The wifi is a bit slow. Can't really surf anything.

HOTEL CANCELLED MY BOOKING AS I ARRIVED KUALA TERENGGANU (LAST MINUTE !) AND I HAD TO FIND OTHER HOTEL TO STAY THROUGH OUT THE NIGHT (WE'RE STRUGGLING, WE BARELY CAN FIND HOTEL ON THE LAST MINUTE SINCE IT WAS LAST MINUTE OFCOURSE ALL THE HOTEL IS FULLY BOOKED), THEY SHOULD'VE PROVIDE SOME ALTERNATIVE TO US BUT THEY JUST CALL US AND SAID THAT WE HAD TO CANCELLED IT DUE TO OVERBOOKING??!!

Hotel cancel my boking due to our guest get my room first....first check-in first get a room ....when on my way, hotel call telling me no room for my booking cause another guest pay already my room .......

Please take action about my complain ...

Staff very rude, deposit staff take, very dirty, toilet door broken, aircond auto closed very hot at night.

Nearest place for breakfast in Pasar Payang

-No parking area hotel...it's difficult for the guest -front desk svc open too late.. at 8am no staff arround

The hotel cancelled my booking due to some unexpected problems on the day of arrival at 2.45pm while we were on our way to the hotel. With kids and all, we had to find another hotel then and there. When asked when they knew this problem, was told 2 days ago! Very upsetting for us, and the person who was assigned to call us was a mere new employee, not knowing how to response to my rage. Where's the manager? No accountability at all.

Provide bath towel, got hot shower and cold AC

I cant locked my door from outside only from inside using door lash. I had complained to the staff, however they recommended to not let your valuables left inside. THEY CAN CONFIDENTLY SAID THAT NO ONE WILL OPEN AND ENTER!!!??? ITS A RED FLAGGGG. ROOM 204. Ask to change room, no rooms available.

I didnt like

The facilities is bad. The television and rain shower are not working at all !! I thought they also provide things like shower gel, and brush teeth but sadly they are not provided :( the room are very small . And the most bad experience ever when i have to deal with their staff which is not friendly at all , please improve your service !

the receptionist was very rude. please take an action for the lady “pregnant maybe”. didn’t give a proper welcome at all even a smile. serve us with the badmood emotion. so poor to that staff.
