Felda Residence Kuala Terengganu

room very nice.. nice view

food (breakfast)

The view is everything. The room is on a smaller side but we love it as it cools down pretty fast. Quite near to Pasar Payang by car (not walking distance)

The room size was fine. Otherwise, the staff are good, and they receive us with a smile, and their services are good.

Maybe the room needs to be upgraded. All look old. Even the sink was stuck, and the water didn't go. no toothbrush and paste. The hotel needs to do some maintenance. the bed need to be changed.

Great ocean view, close to chinatown superb location

Breakfast was just average

The location is good, with rooms facing the river, view of the Crystal Mosque and the Bridge to Pulau Duyong and short drive to Kuala Terengganu town.

The room is outdated. The carpets are dirty, the tiles in front of the bathroom are dirty, the room smells and worse, during our stay, the hot water was not available in the shower. We reported this to the Reception, they sent maintenance to check but apparently could not fix the issue.

my room facing river view and i very like it, the room, bed and bathroom quite comfort. unfortunately the size of television and the option channel not fulfill my satisfaction.

during breakfast they didn't provide half boiled egg, the furniture old design and there is rotten cabinet under the mini freezer

Clean, breakfast was amazing and staffs were friendly!

Limitation parking

The room is clean, enough to be comfortable. Its proximity to the ferry jetty to Redang at Taman Tamadun Islam makes it a good hotel for a short stay to catch the morning ferry.

The whole establishment looks a bit run down.

Room is ok

Old pillows, old towel and not enough parking space.room service must untill 12 midnight

location good in town centre. Room carpet smelled stink. Old furniture. View ok.facing river.

Most of the Food were horrible except nasi lemak was good.

Beautiful view Kuala Terengganu

Clean bed room and facility

The price is cheap as it is located nearby the city. Easy access to anywhere.

Unfortunately my bathtub is clog. The chair in the room is quite old and not suitable and comfortable to sit on. It's uneasy to do work on the work table with the chair like that. Hopefully the management will work on it to improve better.

Very simple..2 days breakfast the menu almost same except 1or 2 dishes

Should have iconic Terengganu breakfast menu such as nasi dagang n keropok lekor

Got a room with a nice view (river and city)

There are not many foods for breakfastA hot shower is not function

Pleasant

The staff gave the wrong room number. Have to wait for maintenance to open door. Reception staff didnt apologise

Very good

Surrounding cleanliness especially at Muara Cafe and close to the jetty area.

Nice view.

The mini fridge was not functioning. The carpet was dirty. The closet was smelly.

Exceptional

Parking ad..selesa..bule ktakn private la jgk..sy suke..tk crowded or bising sgt..

Location is strategic.

At first, we got a very bad room with foul smell, damage flush, broken aircon, defective fridge etc. But after request, we manage to get a decent room for 3 night stay.
