Calm environment

i did like the serenity from the surrounding and view. You can see the drawbridge from here. Then, the room quite spacious and I like it's architecture..

Most of all, the places seems rundown. There are leaves everywhere along the walking pavement. The room also not clean, it has sand and the bathtub is not clean. Then, staff are doing good jobs but do not friendly enough especially the receptionist during our check-in. The food for breakfast, the sambal from nasi lemak, mee goreng mamak, it's too sweet.

The resort look luxury. With buggy service and so on.But the price very reasonable

We used to stay there one time last year and this was our second time stay..fairly speaking it was a good stay during our first but not the second one.Our first stay,everything was quite good,the room,the facilities,etc.however during the second stay we found out that the water quality was quite bad..as we filled in the bath tub we could see the water was cloudy and there were a lot of mosquitoes too in the room which quite disturbing our sleep during the stay.The facilities in the room was not complete as we expected and the balcony was dusty too.

The room is not clean, the bathtub is faulty even after requesting for a room change. Still the floor full of dust, toilet is not clean. Also there were 30mins blackout at night with 3 years old boy sweating

I have multiple observations -1. Checkin time is 3:00pm. I arrived at receiption at ~4:30pm & I was told that it will take 30 more minutes to get my room coz the room was getting cleaned. Then why the checkin time is set to 3:00pm ?2. I told the lady in receiption the same point. Then she suddenly changed her statement and said room is ready ! (Which was actually not)3. When we arrived in our room, we saw the room was still getting cleaned and it was dusty. I assumed that the cleaning guy received a call from receiption and he was in hurry. The floor was most likely not mopped and this was the reason why we saw the dusts. 4. We could not park our car in front of the room. The central parking space is in front of the receiption and the rooms are like far from the receiption. So you have to drive as close as possible to your rooms coz you need to carry your luggage as well. I do not mind carrying my luggage by myself but the parking facility should be in-front of every cottage/room. 5. The bathroom fittings are extremely low maintained. 6. The breakfast was OK, not great, just OKey. 7. The only good part I feel about this hotel is the view from restaurant & breakfast area. That’s it. My final comment is - I paid around RM300 per night to stay here but the facility & experience is not worth RM300 in my opinion.

The location was very nice however there was no food available on the site. There was a room service menu in the room and when I rang for a meal was told that there was no room service and we would have to get a taxi into town. This was not mentioned at check in. We were told that the breakfast we had paid for would be delivered to our room at 7.30am! It took me some time to get this changed to 9am which I consider to be the earliest we like to eat breakfast whilst on holiday. Not a good start to our stay. When checking out we were told at reception that they couldn’t order a taxi to the departure wharf for our ferry to Redang Island. It was only when the manager appeared that transport was arranged.

Sink and bath tube clogged. improve on maintenance. Replace old facilities.

The environment is good. Clean & tidy.

Less street light surrounding the hotel especially during the night some more rainy weather.

Breakfast was decent . Had a dinner at bytes cafe , they have pretty decent steamboat and affordable price per pax . The kids love Tomyam ! The food is good. The view restaurant near city can see bridge of kuala terengganu .

During check in there’s a lot of mosquito , the bathtub wasnt proper clean . The dustbin quite small . The swimming pool wasnt even clean and poor maintenance . Hopefully the management will fixed this issue

Even though this is an old place but very comfortable, it feels like home, The swimming pool is big, kids friendly, breakfast is awesome, Nasi dagang is delicious and other menus are good. The room service and other staff are friendly and helpful, they came immediately after a report regarding electric tripped and spider.

The mattress is very old even though it's clean, toilet light and aircond need to be service/clean

Location is good.

The room interior, the sofa bed is too big for our room, room is gloomy, and TV is too small, need to get rid of the stereo, definitely need to be refurbished.

The price include breakfast is cheap.. due to large room, comfy & the scenery suitable for healing. The breakfast also delicious. Next time will come here again

Firstly, the cleanliness of the room did not meet the standards I have come to expect from your establishment. It was apparent that the room had not been cleaned thoroughly, which was disappointing.Additionally, I experienced several inconveniences during my stay, particularly concerning the flooring. There were several areas with uneven or broken parquet, which posed a safety risk and caused discomfort to my skin and legs. This is not only a concern for guest comfort but also a potential liability for the hotel.I believe that addressing these issues will significantly enhance the experience for future guests. The homestay design so nice, scenery so peaceful, too many food selection at cafe & pool for adult & kids

Breakfast food, western food is good, nasi dagang best.

The bathtub is not clean.The lamps inside the bathroom are not bright enough.
