Great location and very helpful staff at reception makes for a good place to stay.
My mattress has seen better days. The inner springs are starting to poke up to the surface making it less comfy. Air con quite noisy so ear plugs which I always carry are a good idea.

The facilities are old and no lift. Special mention to their sink in toilet. The faucet in the sink which is the silver coating is already peeling and it cause a severe pain on my nail since the silver coating pinned inside my nail while turning off the faucet which I need to go to clinic and pay. Until now im traumatized on what happened to me. I just want a vacation but because of their old faucet in sink it cause me not to enjoy my vacation.

We love the super big shower head. And, of course, the location is perfect. Near to Pasar Payang and food and parking spot behind the building. We love the beds and the pillows - they are not too soft nor too hard, just nice. Bed that supports heavy body. Room 2005 is a bit special as it has a kitchenette (which is under use).
Tight room for 3 and NO LIFT (not suitable for elderly and OKU). We had to climb 2 levels up, which was actually as high as 3 levels.
Strategic location, nearby bus station and pasar payang. Spacious room and comfortable. Nice and friendly staff. Definitely will repeat for our next family vacation
