worth for money, near to KTCC and beach, and nice view for sunsrise and sunset

A short vacation in Kuala Terengganu. We just wanted to bring the kids because they wanted to swim in a pool. Previously we came here for work, but this time we’re in holiday mode.I think everything about this hotel is perfect. The room is clean and comfortable, and the location is only a 5-minute walk to KTCC Mall. There are many restaurants around the hotel. Even Ali Spicy, which is always a popular spot for locals, is very close. The hotel breakfast also matches the typical East Coast menu. The swimming pool on the 4th floor is nice and shady, so the kids can swim without being under direct sunlight.

A few things that could be improved. The receptionists should be friendlier. Maybe the typical Terengganu communication style isn’t very suitable for the hotel industry. Another thing is that they should provide towels at the swimming pool.

I like the locations of the hotel. Very near to mall and surrounding area have a good restaurants. Walking distance to the beach and my room have a sea view so it a good healing. The front office staff and technician is very good and helpful. We reported about the pipe leaking and they came to fixed it without longer waiting time.

The parking spare are limited. The breakfast menu is limited and not many choices. Nasi kerabu on my 1st day is very cold and also the mee goreng & meehoon goreng also cold and delay replenish after empty. The family room view is disappointing because Infront of the aircond compressors. The swimming pool is also not maintain the cleanliness and the gym door cannot opened.

Good food & beverages & staff at the cafe is very polite to welcoming us.

Parking is not available for 2 day i parking outside tepi jalan & kena saman.

The location is good. Walkable to many place - restaurant, self service laundry, mall, etc

Disappointing

No hot water in bathroom. Call for the maintenance but nobody come until check out. Room telephone is not function, have to use our own handphone to call front desk.

Disappointing Housekeeping Service During Week-Long Stay

Housekeeping service was below expectations—not vacuuming, not cleaning the bathroom, and not changing the bedsheets. They only replaced the towels, topped up toiletries, and refilled the drinking water bottle—and even that was done only once after we requested it. We stayed for a week, but the service did not meet the standard expected of a proper hotel.

Bad day in my life

I already arrived to check in, suddenly they told me that the hotel room is full. They don’t informed me earlier. I need to find another hotel at 9pm?? Very bad experience to deal with this hotel. One more thing Parking is Full, need to find parking at nearby area.

Breakfast are good

Room is too moldy. Especially the toilet ceiling. Might need to treat the mold efficiently as it affect visitors health

can view the beach partially, the staff responded to my complaint was helpful. The water boiler was not functioning and the toilet lock was broken so they change it immediately.

broken bathroom door lock, dirty bed sheet, two thin and shabby towel, got lot of hairs at the glass and on the floor 1st time entering the bathroom, NOT ENOUGH PARKING PROVIDED. In the booking ads, there was an option of room with no parking or room with parking provided with a different rate. So i choose the one with parking but when i checked in, there was no differ. They practicing 1st come 1st serve basis. So I've overpaid the price. Will not choose to stay here anymore.
