Easy excess to other facility because it located in the middle of the town.

The toilet was so dirty ? tilam katil pun dah melengkung. Sakit badan bila tidur. Bilik berhabuk. I even requested a broom to their housekeeping to clean our room.

Location in the heart of city.You can find many option for food, and try Cengkih at next door, food its good!

The road close when we arrive on friday so we need to drag our luggage from parking to the hotel which is very spooky.The receptionist guy request for tax money when we arrive, we told we already paid to booking.com, he looks confuse and want to hold our key. Its 11 pm! We all tired after long journey, and just after we argue and raise our voice, he give the key.The room its not clean, you can feel that they dont clean the floor, we also found 2 towel that have been use at bath room. Dont expect toiletries here, they only provide small soap. No drink water, so please bring all your necesary here.

It's right behind bus station, walking distance to mall and cafes. Room is spacious.

The room is big but only 1 plug. If you use it for kettle you cannot charge HP.

Im request a ground floor but they ignoor it and give me 4th floor. So dark at the room and quite noisy when its raining.Space quite small.Im not a new customer but they didnt concern for what i ask.

5 single beds for my family in one room.Nasi Dagang Toll is just 5 minute walk

Big a mistake booking this hotel. Very scary, old hotel, room like in the 90s.

You need to check all rooms utilities. Shower hose broken, room light spoilt. Worst after shower, hair dryer spoilt and I request for spare. Hotel don't have spare unit.

-spacious room-ample parking space behind hotel-good location at the middle of town which near to bank, nasi dagang atas tol ?, bus station and other shops.-all the staff are very friendly and helpful! they even let us to store our luggages at receptionist after 12pm check out since our bus departure time is at late evening (we went somewhere and its hard to bring all luggages with nowhere to store)overall happy with my stay. thank u ❤️

the building is a bit rundown but all the amenities & facilities are still good

Comfy bed. The room was quite spacious for the price.Clean room

1. The water preasure was too low on of the water tap.2. Not enough power sockets to be used. 3. No parking for guest's vehicle.

The location is very good, easy to go to nearby place just by walking.

The tv was not functional, and seem to be an old fashion one. Hope the hotel can replace with the new one with several basic channel (at least use 'njoi') . The room decoration also quite dull with the wall only painted with white color, maybe it can be upgraded.
