I recently stayed at J Suites Hotel, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was cozy and nice, with good air conditioning and a spacious bed. The bathroom was okay. The hotel’s location is great, right in the middle of town, making it convenient for exploring nearby places.Easy Parking too.

Toilet not 100% clean. Water heater no hot water. Space too tight to do a prayer... very small room to rated 4 star

Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The accommodation was excellent, and the room was spotlessly clean, which made my stay very comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

However, I noticed that the coffee bar service could be improved. While the setup was nice, it was a bit inconvenient to have to call the counter whenever I wanted coffee. It would be great if there were a self-serve option or a more accessible way to get coffee.That being said, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness and overall comfort. I look forward to returning and hope to see some improvements in the coffee bar service.

The location is very good. The hall and rooms had good smell. The staff is friendly.

隔音不太好The lift was broken on the next morning when we needed to check out. Lucky we stayed on 1st floor only.

Air condition not working well. too exhausted to complain due to late check in. I should change the room but just go to bed, sleep and rest. Anyway that night not too hot, managed to sleep well. Next morning I went to Front desk to make official complaints regarding the Air Con not working and make sure no other guests will face same experience that I had. The fronts desk receptionist make a note and thank me. They told me that i can change the room even at the middle of night. worth for money. Anyway first time in my life a have a such big Air Con on my head mounted to the hotel ceiling.

Friendly staff.

Impracticality1. The toilet floor is so slippery. Wrong tiles used, very will dreadful to old people.2. Shower, not portable. Rain shower not suitable to certain people.3. The table is dusty.4. The location TV under aircond is totally not practical. Just a drop of aircond water will first damage the tv, and if beyond it, it may spark a fire.

Hotel were really nice and new .Staff are friendly.Reception supervisor Ruziaty was helpfully attitude.Allow me early check in even me upgraded my room to high category for a gesture and good will.Ac in room very cold.I never found this ac system use in other hotel.Bath tub is spacious.Bed also very comfortable.Car park available but limited slot, firts come first served.But if guest come late night there is ample parking outside with minimal charges .Definitely come back next time.Good job J Suites.Big Thump.I give 10 ⭐.

I left my phone charger after checked out. The staff said no charger found in my room. The housing keeping staff who cleaned my room is not honest. I definitely left it near the bed side after I used it that night. Why would they take something not belong to them .

Hot shower was perfect

1. Got a lot of stains on the bed sheet2. Room service persons did not change the bed sheet3. Wall mounted desk?? And 1 chair4. Not enough parking5. Wifi not working6. Room too small7. No breakfast8. Deposit payment is expensive

The television just showing only two channels. No movie and more entertainment.

It's windowless - I am a little claustrophobic so no windows is a no no. Guess I booked the wrong room. Otherwise all good.

I travel a lot, been in a lot of hotels not only KT but whole East Coast. This hotel is by far the best value for money. Huge room, clean, great service by staffs, got space to do work. Easy parking, got few restaurant options nearby. And most importantly, opposite there actually got a gym at the top floor.
