Not worth the money—I’ve stayed at lower-rated hotels where at least the water runs properly.

In the morning, you won’t be able to shower properly due to very low water pressure. Don’t count on hot water either—it’s unreliable. And if it does work, it’ll be extremely hot, as if there’s only a high or low setting.

The privacy that the hotel offer. Also the aircond is working very well

The mat that was put on the floor (the one for sitting) made my friend's skin itchy. Also there was a spider web near the headboard. We removed the spider web easily but the mat cleanliness needs to be improved. Overall, the hotel is good value for money.

Just the price is cheap

The room was bigger than i expected. Comfy, cozy.

I didny quite like the bathroom, because the sink was outside the bathroom itself so that corner is always wet

The location was very near to UMT and very easy for us to travel to UMT.Near to grocer shops easy to access things which we needed.Parking was very near to hotel and very easy .

Cleanliness was very unsatisfied and facility like shower all liking not managed well and the cleaner also put the cleaning trolly in front of tenant room not in designated place. Pls try to up grade cleansing and facility management part properly other wise all ok. TQ

Nice cosy room and smell good. Bathroom was cleaned. Nice lobby with some sort grand old fashioned decor, staffs were very friendly and service were excellent.

the location is nice, there is a supermarket and a pharmacy downstairs so its very convenient. parking is spacious too.

a bit dissapointed since I thought i booked for a queen bed but I got like a super single one. nevertheless, it can still fit two people on the bed so its fine. tv is also not working.

I would like to suggest that the management should do something with the ceiling in room number 11, it seems flaking and every time we used the water in the bathroom (or a guest in another room) there are noises from the rooftop (I think relates to the water pump).

the location is good-easy to find and has a lot of parkings without paying. so, you don’t have to worry about the parking. the hotel also provide common area which has tv, microwave, iron & iron board, water dispenser (coway) and dining table. quite big space for the guest to eat there

the room is quite small for 2 queen beds. has small space to walk around and it has a small window is made the room a bit dark.

location, too noisy at midnight due to illegal road racing. a lot of msquito in the room.

The water pipe in the bathroom is leaking. They should check and repair first before customers arrive. We arrived late at night. So no plumber could help. Shows poor maintainance.
