Strategic location, nearby local restaurants and mini market

Toilet very mossy especially around the bathtub, the water heater jug is not cleaned before new customer is coming [still have water inside and the heater very rusty like it's never been cleaned (?)]. Very hesitated to use the tub and the jug

Easy to find. Good location. Shop and restaurants just nearby and by walking distance.

Pillow covers quite smelly. Macam tak tukar je. Looks macam recycle from previous customer. Need to improve

I loved the breakfast and the old style of the Hotel.

I hated that the cleanliness of the bathroom was terrible. Clearly visible housekeeping did not do their job of the bathroom clean. There was mould and some dirty growth on the toilet seats. The floor tiles and bath tub was filthy. Please take action whoever is in charge of housekeeping 10th floor.

Close to the Shoping mall, nice view, location is strategic near the Terengganu Drawbridge.

Just the hotel located in the centre of KT and next to Mayang Mall. That is it

Basically everything. For starters, the price did not match with my expectation at all. The building is super old, the room although it was spacious, it was so stuffy that my sinus itched. The bathroom was dirty especially in the bathtub area and the rubbish from the previous customer was still in the dustbin when I came in. Not to mention the hot water was not functioning well at all. Breakfast was too basic (the price of the hotel did not reflect the food too)

Toilet bowl fixed in the hotel is still year 70s type. Use plenty of water when flushing. Omelette served during breakfast is half cooked. Inside the omelette is still watery.

The hotel was located in the heart of Kuala Terengganu Town and surrounded by nearby shops, restaurants and KTCC Mall and Mayang Mall.

The facilities are a bit rundown. The air conditioning system was so old and require maintenance service and/or cleaning.

We liked the location.Breakfast is average.

We didn’t like the room. The furniture is old. Requires maintenance. The bathtub is too high for one to climb in and out.

The location is very good

The toilet is terrible especially the toilet bowl and showercurtain. It is too filthy and should be change. The bed mattress is very hard and cause me back pain. I stayed for 5 nights!!! They not even gave me the toothbrush just because I have the double twins and not premiere! Too bias!!!

The Nasi Dagang served was truly a standout. The hotel's situated right next to the renowned local eatery, Singgang Budu.

The internet connection was non-functional throughout my stay, which caused significant inconvenience. The general atmosphere of the hotel was also rather bleak and uninviting. Upon arrival, I was quite surprised to find the door to my room left ajar, which is highly inappropriate and raises questions about guest safety and room security. The toilet was leaking, causing the floor to be constantly wet and slippery, sparsely equipped, with no basic toiletries provided apart from a single shower cap.

the room and especially the bathroom was showing it's age.

I like the hotel doesnt have horror vibes where i can feel so relax to go down alone to the lobby and basement at 3am. And the drawbridge is so.nicee

It was below my expectation for the breakfast, the choices of food kinda boring and hve limited choices, but overall it just nice,
