I DID NOT ENJOY MY STAY IN THIS HOTEL

A LOT OF SPIDER WEBS, COCKROACHES, ANTS, THE TOILET FLUSH WAS NOT WORKING, THE BED CLOTH WAS VERY DIRTY

The place is easy to find and surrounded by many shops

Need more attention to hygiene aspects, soap is better

The space is large enough to accommodate 3 to 4 people.

Please ensure the toilet is thoroughly cleaned and dry before welcoming the next guest. A clean and fresh restroom experience contributes significantly to our guests' satisfaction.The Internet is not working enough. I assumed that Room No. 9 is quite outlying from the Internet devices.

It was not pleasant

The staff was rude. And they charged extra amount aside the amount place online and when i asked for explanation regarding the new amount, the staff start to be rude telling me to get lost if i cant pay the new amount. The room was filled with mosquitoes, the hallway was smelly. No room Services for 2nights

The hotel is strategic which is near the city.

The bedsheets was so dirty. And we got very itchy and redness after sleeping on that bedsheets. There was also many hair in the bathroom. You should clean properly. You need to change the bedsheets.

Toilet ceiling has a crack open6. Receptionist was not easily available at the counter.Had to check out within 30 minutes of stay.

Strategic hotel because it's easy to access restaurants, convenience stores, gas stations, and so on. Easy to find because it's located by the roadside.

What I disliked about staying at this hotel is the staff's lack of manners and inappropriate language because the guests were 2 hours late for checkout. There was no issue for us to pay the late fee, but the staff were rude in addressing us. When customers requested a second receipt, the staff deliberately made the customers wait and made unpleasant facial expressions. We could simply pay for the service to get the second receipt if the staff charged for it

the heater not functioning pluss I'm not sure they change the bed sheet and sweep the floor. cleaninesss 1/5

No breakfast but the location is nice

The cleanliness and the front officer need to smile more as they are the face of the hotel and can give great impact to the hotel image.

Change the iron in room 13..my scalf was damaged because of uncontrol temperature

spacing in family room very unacceptable.

The space of the room is very small,, no place to walk and even to pray inside the room, smelly, uncomfortable, a bit pricey for what is provided.

The floor cracking. Stair to my room so steep i almost tripped. The room is cramp for 2 queen bed. The sheet got slight burn from the iron. Not good for customer sight.
