ARENA Boutique Hotel Kuala Terengganu

Check in process was quick and room was clean and comfortable. Location was city centre and perfect! Closeby to everything!

best location, affordable rate and comfortable

to provide clean sejadah and toiletries

The location

The parking space is far and my car got clamped and paid RM50 because the space is shared with another hotel at the back alley

Its location

My room was not clean. Looks like the room was not cleaned prior to check in. Booked king room which i assume was not occupied for days, and prior pur check in it wasnt cleaned properly.

The location of the hotel is walking distance from the main bus terminal. Location is also near food outlets and a shopping mall. The room size is large, and the bathroom also good size. I found the bed to be comfortable. For the three nights we were at the hotel, it suited me using it as a base to explore the tourist sites

Had issue with getting hot water. The hotel owner also owns the gym next door. There is a fee if you want to use the gym at half price.

Location was close to attraction, can be by walking distance. Room was clean, staff were friendly and attentive.

I didnt get the room with a fridge, im not sure if we have to prompt them abt having a room with fridge.

Free parkingNear 7Eleven, restaurant, pharmacyVery comfort bed, cold aircond, clean toilet

The location closed to Plan A Cafe , just next door and 7 eleven

The room without window

In the middle of KT town

Kiblat facing the toilet

Parking and lift available for our convenience. Clean spaces and good location. There is a nice cafe, 7-11 and pharmacy below this hotel.

Location is perfect. Within walking distance to the Pulau Warisan Night Market and all the good food along that street. Adjacent to Level up Fitness Xpress, which is not only the largest gym in Terengganu but all of East Coast Peninsular! It's also walking distance to the bus station which has a bus that goes straight to Merang for ferries to Redang.

There's actually not that much. The room is too big because I am staying alone? Some small traffic noises but nothing earplugs can't help. I struggle to find anything I don't like.

Room is spacious. Parking available, nearby to all facilities.

Good location

Toilet with bugs and dusty room

The location was good. Walking distance to Chinatown, UTC, restaurants and everything. The rooms are new and comfortable. I like the toilet. We got the new side of it which is the other end of the building and our room is facing the street. They provided iron which is convenient for business or working trip. There is a place to hang the clothes.Parking was not much but just enough and since everything is nearby, we didn't really need to drive much unless you want to go to the bridge or KTCC mall.

We thought the gym is included with this booking but apparently it is only given free if you book the hotel straight from them. If not, you need to pay rm15 to use it. Our room was next to an empty lot on the right which I think is used as a bird nest house coz they will play the bird sounds whole day. Luckily they off it during midnight but can be disturbing during daytime if you are staying in the room. There are no other toiletries given except soap and shampoo. Basic coffee and tea is available.

A very spacious Washroom even for a single bedroom

Room should on the same hotel instead of on another block from the main hotel. This main it inconvenient whenever need to check out.

Spacious room, super comfy bed and modern, big bathroom

The parking lot is not very convenient but at least it is free

Located at the center of town, just few minutes drive to tourist attractions like Pasar Payang. They have parking space behind the hotel for their guests, thus no parking issue. Room is clean and spacious, looks new. Will consider staying here again when visiting Kuala Terengganu in the future.

Clean restroomAll basic needs in place

Should provide toothpaste

Absolutely loved my stay at Arena Boutique! The room was clean, comfortably spacious, and thoughtfully arranged. The bed

Staying at Arena Boutique Hotel was an absolutely amazing experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. The room was spotless and incredibly comfortable, and the location couldn’t be more perfect—everything I needed was just a short walk away. I’m already looking forward to coming back, this time with my family and friends. Can’t wait for the next stay!
