The staff and the location pretty near to the city center

the building actually looks quite old. I wasnt really feel comfortable with the bed.

Everything the Inn offered????. Cleanliness, spacious, location(near KB town), shower with fast running water?....... and definitly worth the money????

I’ve been staying in this hotel for more than 10 times within 2 years (2022-2024) for visiting my daughter at boarding school. The hotel location is about 7-10 mins to the KB city point. The rooms are clean. The staffs are polite and attentive. Never i get answer NO for anything that i need while staying here such as extra mineral water/pillow/towel/vacuming dust at the window and etc. The check in process is fast. They even allowed me to check in early as early as 11am without extra charges due to long journey from KL and reach Kota Bharu usually in the morning. They also allowed me to check in very late at 11.30 pm at night sometimes. Very high emphatic and tolerance to the guests’ situation. The parking lots were usually sufficient and convenient yet free of charges at their own compound just infront of the hotel main entrance. For additional information, they only provide shower cream for the toiletries but it is not a big issue to me. So i would suggest guest to bring your own toothbrush/toothpaste if you plan to stay here. However the water pressure is high and satisfying. I would definitely choose this hotel as my first choice for evertime coming to Kota Bharu .

The room was big enough for three of us. The parking area was spacious. The hotel also provides Cuckoo water at every level.

There are no lift. Just stairs. Presure of water in bathroom was very slow.

Spacious room. High water pressure. Near to town. Quite at night. Got own parking lot.

The water smells iron. Even after a bath, I still can smell that iron.

Good rate, able to check in early with some extra charge, received lower floor room as requested for elderly mother, very close to my grandma's and city center

No vent fan in bathroom, it remained wet and smells a bit moldy

Location & quiet during night, so you can have a good rest after a long journey drive.

TV not function well

I like the price & location. The aircon is working great. Good water pressure. 7 min to Kota Bharu town. Quiet neighbourhood. Nasi lemak shop is just next door within walking distance.

Old hotel. No fridge. No night lamp. Best you bring your own toiletries.

In the center. Nearby to PCB and to town. Easy place to find foods. Beside the hotel, there is a restaurant. Further up more choices etc. The viral restaurant in TT.

Out of all. The prices are the most shocking things of all for those facilities. Cheapest one at town...

There is no fan. It would be better if it had one. I can't sleep at all it's too cold in the room even though the temperature are set to 30°C

Very near to pasar siti khadijah and other facilities. Quiet at night, really help me to rest.

Location is not to busy, peaceful and accessible to many places like airport, mall, beaches ext.

Near to all attraction places. Good sleep. No noise. Easy parking. Good security. Easy to get food. Staff good. Answer phone call immediately.

Clean and spacious room.Location is about 10 minits from Pasar Siti Khadijah. Fast check in and check out, friendly staff.

Run down but clean

Overall, the stay was nice as it's located near to the town just 5 mins with car, but it depends on traffic especially during weekend and my room got a big bathroom(i'm quite surprise with that).

There's no qibla indicator sign in the room(queen and single bedroom), so maybe need to put it somewhere that can easily seen and there also spider web at the hanging clothes pole.

The location is strategic which is in between KB town & PCB. The parking is also convenient. I can park my car right in front of the hotel entrance & parking space is always available.

The front desk receptionist could be friendlier instead of being quiet. Not rude but not really friendly as well. Initially I was given a room facing the back of the hotel which the view was not really nice. Only after I requested to change the room I was given a room facing the front which I could see my car. The staff could have asked me which room do I prefer since both rooms are under the same category
