Room size is just nice, comfortable.

Access to basement car park from drop-off point a bit tricky and sometimes hindered by Billion customers loading goods into their cars.

the room was spacious, bed was comfort. The Location is also nearby the foodie area.

We enjoyed a comfortable stay with kind and welcoming staff. Special thanks to Mdm. Azwani, whose exceptional service and professionalism made a big difference and encouraged us to extend our stay.

The old, non-renovated floors were unpleasant, but moving to the refurbished floors greatly improved our experience.

The staff were very professional and helpful, especially the bellboy. Room service was excellent. There’s a nice café in the lobby, and the nearby multi-level hypermarket had a wide variety of items

The hotel was very crowded most of the time. The breakfast buffet had mostly Asian food with little international variety. I also saw cockroaches twice near the buffet. The mall attached to the hotel felt deserted, with most shops closed.

Great Room , Clean and large enough for two comfortably. It is well located in the city and easy to get around. The supermarket on the ground floor is a great convenience for sopping for necessities like toiletries and snacks. The hotel facilities were good. Did not try teh restaurants but will give it a try the next time round. There were already lots of KB street food to try out given the short stay. The underground parking had direct access to teh hotel and seemed very secure.

Nothing not to like. but the swimming pool was under repair so that was a bit disappointing.

I like the facilities, management and cleanesss

The service room button not place in the room. I hope hotel management should list the service button in every room.

breakfast is good but service of the room is bad ,

at first day , cleaner not put bath towel in the room, i , when i come back in the evening, I ask 2 time to sent towel to my room . after i angry at 3rd time then he sent the towel. On the 2nd day , my room not makeup , the reason i not ask for it,I am not click maid button. This case,The management should ask me.I check in for 2nd time, the wall of the bath room is leaking then the carpet near bath room is wet , this is very bad odor, I not complain because already 8pm, I am too tired .but I tell the counter next morning. In this case the management should ask to check the room before guest come in.

Sauna and jacuzzi and steam not in use. No massage available even though in description. Very good gym!! Some things not working in hotel room but overall good stay

Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast or sahur is satisfactory (decent).

Breakfast was excellent. The room was comfortable.

The floor that we stayed on was a bit old. There were water stains on some parts of the ceiling, and the wallpaper was peeling off. But the room itself was ok.

Dining area during peak breakfast timing insufficient. Rooms dated.

Need some refurbish for the carpet and glass door cleaning. The rest are awesome especially the dining!

Its a run down hotel with filthy toilet. But its located at the middle of city so its a plus point.

The staff were very attentive, polite and helpful. The rooms very very clean and service was good. A really good place for business or leisure.
