not so good

hot shower is not working properly, can't adjust temperature.. only too hot or cold only.. my wife gets itchi because of dusty pillow..

Clean sheets,towels and pillows and room size.The frontdesk staff are very pleasant, helpful and courteous. They also spoke good English.

Toilet in dire need of renovation. In poor condition. The elevator wasn't working on that particular day.

the lift under maintenance.. need to walk up to the room. old stuffs in the room but still can use

Room not clean.. Table looked very old and worn out with stains. Wardrobe inside was sticky.

Very friendly and fast check-in. Spacious room with basic amenities. The bed was very big!

The furniture is outdated, nevertheless it was a comfortable stay.

Aircond is old school type but it cold like latest and easy to control.. Others is okay..

Shower head leaking but it's not a big deal but please take action for this..

- Bathroom inside the room- There is a towel provided- There is a water heater in the room- Location very strategic, near banks and places of attraction.

- There is a strong smell in the cupboard- Have to ask for iron- Freezer not switched on/broken

It is very close to main attractions such as Pasar Siti Khadijah & Chinatown.

The hotel's parking lot is quite far.

Big and clean toilet.

Booked with room with window. Very noisy because of traffic flow in front of the main road. Hotel should make window soundproof to reduce the sound. Room corridor insufficient lighting. Need to replace malfunction bulb!! When I was to check out I was told need to wait for a while because, he said need to check the room.. It was totally shamed that I'm a frequent traveler and your room only provide kettle. You must know your customers. For the logical thinking I would not like to steel it,...Excuse me!!! Hotel parking not convenient. Need to walk 200m from hotel to car parking designated.

Very friendly staff.It's a very practical hotel room. Everything is provided, just not at its best place. Anyway, it's very cost effective, comfortable and clean. The free Wi-Fi speed is also very satisfactory. I enjoyed my stay there.

The layout of the furnitures in the room. Like the TV is placed perpendicular to the bed. There's no way to watch the TV in the best most comfortable way.

Walking distance to pasar siti khatijah

No more breakfast. At least provide bread/bun in hotel room

Location was close to Dataran Cheng Ho for food and drinks

A bit worn down, but I chose because of the location

Breakfast was just nice! Nothing excessive. Service was good.

Parking was not in the vicinity but just a short walk away. Bathroom was a bit too compact & water drainage not very good.

THE LOCATION IS GOOD, IN THE MIDDLE OF TOWN, WALKING 5 MINUTES TO PASAR BESAR SITI KHADIJAH,

FOOD IS POOR, ROOM IS MESSY, NOT PROPER CLEANING, PHONE IN THE ROOM NOT WORKING, WIFI ALSO NOT WORKING, CORRIDOR/COUNTER VERY DARK - LOW IN LIGHTING, LIGHT IN THE ROOM NOT WORKING, WATER HEATER - WATER SUPPLY TO SLOW.

Bathroom was clean & shower really great.

The breakfast haven't choice.

Good Location for local shopping.

Even though we booked thru Booking.com supposedly to be cheaper but with such old and run down outlook & furniture it is not worth it. There was holes in the blankets and even cockroach eggs on the bed.
