The staff was very kind able to keep our luggage as we arrived early on that day.The price of the room is reasonable to what we paid. Extra bed only RM50 per night.

There are some mold in the toilet. I think they can improve in term of the cleanliness of toilet.Parking was at open space are very limited but we are lucky always have a lot on our staycation.If you come during year end dont forget to bring umbrella cause almost all the days are raining.The lighting at the swimming pool are dark, Im not sure if they trying to cut cost.

The room was just okay for 3 of us, bed was ok, a bit old and toilet too. The toilet is clean but need some upgrading. Staff was quick to respond to our complain and rectify the matter. Ample parking space and location is good.

The staff at reception was very helpful and polite. So was the security personnel at the hotel entrance.

The housekeeping staff entered to make our room despite the 'Do Not Disturb' sign and did not provide fresh towels nor provide enough sugar for our use. We had to ask for them.

No hot water , no plastic for laundry

Breakfast so superb!.. sauna also great...

Toilet not cleaning properly... Got stain and lumut everywhere ... Room to small and narrow...

location, Please sweep or vacuum the room should it was not in used for quite sometimes since I sneeze the minute I enter the room. Next day ,I had running nose n continue sneezing. Supside after consume medication. Alhamdulillah. TQ

Near wakaf Che Yeh

The location is very strategic opposite to Wakaf Che Yeh and next to McD. Facilities are good.

The room is a bit small. One of the rooms I stayed in had a damaged floor.

Well the loaction is quite strategic and located to the nearest mcdonald. The hotel is also opposite to the Wakaf Che Yeh which is easier to access.

A few problem which is water supply is quite slow and a little bit of yellowish which is not good. Next, is the hotel view is absolutely terrible which is not recommended at all since it face to the hotel hallway and no privacy at all. Lastly, is breakfast that doesn't provide to many options but still tolerable.

Bad sheet is not so clean,cup very dirty ,towel not so good

The bathroom water pipe was faulty cause a lot water wasted as the valve control the shower and water closet was faulty

No maintainance for the air cond too , very noisy unable to sleep .The left over of food was not clean up in the fridge.

The staff is very helpful helping my mother to pick up the luggage and show until the room. This show how nice the service here

Quite limited parking space

The location was near to many shops. It has swimming pool facilities which made my kids happy - there is a kid's pool and also deeper one for bigger kids/adults.

The aircond in the room was not functioning well, so it was quite hot in the living room, where the sofa bed was.
