Need to improve interms of food variety during breakfast

Breakfast was ok but surprisingly the room especially on the 2nd floor seems to be refurbished so our stay was comfortable..lotsa activities for the kids ..staffs at front desk were very helpful..

The lower ground seems pretty old ..Resort has lotsa potential to be an Amazing but they need to renovate some of the areas..

The food is just average. But, the price is cheap. So still good

Location walking distance to viral seafood restaurant (Pusan), nearest beach and view. Room is spacious as well.

Need more variety for breakfast. Swimming pool need maintenance especially drainage system (unpleasant smell at drainage).

We experienced a delay in check-in due to the peak season, as our room was not ready upon arrival.. breakfast buffet are so-so.

The check in process is easy, the receptionist is very friendly person. Nice scene from the hotel room with lake view, I really enjoy the calm environment. The room and toilet is very spacious and clean. But the hotel room sound insulation is quite bad, because I was disturbed by the children that played at swimming pool at 6 am. Hope the management can take it as a serious issue and only open the swimming pool to guest after 8 am.

We booked 10 rooms, and generally ok, only one room was really poor in term of defects and wasnt rectified. It is understandable that probably they are short of staffs during 3rd eid.

Serene, big and beautiful. Have a lots of activities such as kayaking, riding bicycle, carnival during school holiday.

Breakfast not up to 4 star resort standard. Need add more varieties of foods. Need maintenance for facilities such as broken sink in the toilet.

Old.. dirty toilet with cockroach and worm.. yarkkkk!!Security lock not function.. report to staff but maintenance staff said "takpe.. selamat.. orang luar tak boleh masuk" Then what the purpose for second security lock?Nothing special about breakfast.. very disappointed.. I promise not to stay at tok aman bali again..

The staff were so friendly. The view was superb.

Room and the hotel enviroment too old. Hot water in bathroom didnt work.

The room is very basic for the price we paid (RM500+ in total), the bathroom door wouldn’t shut. The breakfast was the worst, we went at 8.30, most of the food has finished, we waited long to have them refilled, and they were tasteless. The whole place needs a revamped. We wouldn’t come again.

1. Near the beach.2. The surroundings eg trees, birds, water, ocean3. Large room4. Comfortable bed5. Proximity to street vendors selling local snacks like sata, keropok lekor, etc, which was on the beach6. Short drive to nice seafood restaurants

1. No signs to direct me from the lobby to my room. I had to ask around.2. Shower drainage was clogged. I was standing in a pool of water after about 60 seconds of running the shower.3. Poor maintenance of property in general. 4. Rubbish in the compound. Empty bottles of mineral water strewn about. Even found a diaper. This is within the resort compound, at the area between the room and the water/river surrounding the rooms5. Rubbish strewn anywhere you look on the beach, just outside the resort compound. Mostly plastic bottles. There was even a dead cow in cow that must have died recently, right on the beach. Whilst the beach may not belong to the hotel, it is smack in front of the hotel and the hotel should make an effort to keep it clean to impress their guests.6. Breakfast spread is something you would find in a 1 or 2 star, budget hotel that you pay RM100 per night. I paid RM598 for 2 nights to stay at this place.

Extra towel need to pay rm5, old furniture in the room, old fashioned room decoration, no floor mat in front of the toilet, balcony not cleaned well

Door lock problem for room 5104 date 24 Dec - 25 Dec 2024.

The pool is big.The breakfast is good with variety of food selection. Nasi kerabu, ayam bakar, roti bakar dan macam macam lagi ada.Hotel is near the famous beach in Tok Bali.

The sink at the toilet was broken,,the food at the restaurant left only 20% not even 10am yet.workers didn't refill butter and thousand island dressing.
