Rooms and location are great and as expected. However, the window facing the street below is totally not sound proof. Can hear each and every car and motor that went past. Breakfast is decent

Generally ok. Location wise within walking distance to mosque, market, eating places. However I had a problem having a good night sleep as there are cars and motorcycles roaming the street in front of the hotel with loud engine noise and it only subsides about 4am. I am not sure if other rooms had same experience. Breakfast menu about the same except they change the type of rice

The location and their staff. Most of them ate willing to help with their generosity hospitality. They did gave us discount for breakfast fees. Thank you so much I appreciate it, may Allah blessed all of the hoteliers.

All of their toilet are not maintain well. The worst part loor trap are slimy!!

They very kindly upgraded me to a bigger room so thank you! I enjoyed my stay very much. The breakfast had a good selection, which varies from day to day. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The gym room needs a little TLC, but I managed to get a couple of workouts in nonetheless.

Drainage needs sorting out as the room stinks. The room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned after the previous guest, as their rubbish was still in the bin and their opened bottle of water was left in the fridge.

I love the location it was exactly in Front Of my old house which was already dismantled many years ago. Crystal Lodge is the one I love to stay. Breakfast can be improved

Really good hospitality. All staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.They are concerned with my grandmother's condition who is using a wheelchair.The food was good! Cormfortable room & good location.Definitely will come again ^_^.

A very good location. Walking distance to How Kee noodle Restaurant (non halal), to Wau Restaurant n Tiny Elephant (cafe)Right opposite got a popular coffee shop. Crystal Lodge alws upgrade my single room to queen though I am solo. ?. Afraid too much praise I might not get a room on my next visit due to fully booked.?

Advisable for management to check safe deposit box, working or not before customer checks in. If battery kaput n rusted, it will take a long time for maintenance to change.This time, wall mounted iron kaput, though housekeeping, was kind enough to give spare iron to use. Other than that, all perfect.

Hotel was walking didtance from a number of tourist sights and good restaurant. Access to the raioway service was easy by Grab cab.

Near to the hospital. Easier to visit patient

The room was not sound proof. We couldn’t sleep due to the noises from motor vehicles which passed by.

Bathroom was really dirty and room not very clean. Furnitures are very old fashioned and could used a refurbishment. Room can be noisy due to street traffic

It's located at the heart of KB and there's plenty of shop and restaurants that can be accessed within walking distance. The room and the bed are comfortable too.

Since it's located next to the main street, it's still busy & noisy at night. But on one end, it kinda give a city vibe that I enjoy.

Good choice for a hotel in Kota Bharu. Had everything we needed, good air-con, friendly staff, comfortable beds and a fridge. Close to a few great places to eat and to the river. Good laundry service too!
