No kettle, cup.. The door does not feel secure..

Self check-in after 730pm. It was easy and convenient. Staff will assist you through phone call and whatsapp.

Old building, door lock did not work properly, old carpet needs some replacement, there’s also leaking stain on door and carpet. Bed and comforter are fine.

The location of this hotel is very near to the Shopping spot at Kota Bharu which is Wakaf Che Yeh. Only 50 meter from hotel entrance. The security of this hotel also is safe since all guest need to have an access card to enter the hotel.

There are no staff available at reception area during my stay also when check out. They just let the keys on table and you may drop your keys in their small basket> i try to reach them to collect my bill but no one in the counter.

Near the town, markets

The property was not what we expected. A bit hidden place. All I say it's recommended for a very short stay.

This was my 4th time with the hotel, and the condition was worse than before. Management should upgrade the hotel ? for the future

Unable to find a car park,,,should allocate at least 2 parking lots for hotel guests.Air conditioning isn't function well.

A nightmare holiday

1. Room not clean. Cobweb on the ceiling.2. Stuffy room. No ventilation.3. Toilet very small and very dirty4. Bed sheet dirty5. Hole on the ceiling6. Room lighting very poor. 7. Water smelly.8. Wardrobe dirty.8. Cleanliness very bad, poor hygiene. Overall, not worth staying here and not value for money. Decided to check-out earlier than expected.

The location is quite near the night market of Wakaf Che Yeh (to be exact, it is in front of the hotel), hence the parking at night was hard to find even tho the area is big. All the staff (from the receptionist to the room services staff) were so kind and friendly.

The outside of the hotel area at night was dark even though there was a night market there. Somewhat scary if you are alone.

Air bau karat. Tandas kurang bersih. Tv & aircond tak berfungsi dgn baik. Paling tak best part air. Mandi bukan wangi, tp bau karat.

The location was strategic. Ample parking spaces but could be quite dangerous at night as there were no cctv coverage and the night market is happening just across the road. So a lot of people are going to be walking past your car etc.

I just wish the interior would be more appealing. The toilets were kinda dirty by the way. Wish they could at least provide a nicer tv or tv channels.

The place is a walking distance with WCY McD so breakfast is not a problem. So this is a plus. At night quite a number of food stall available so food is definitely not a problem.

The sheet could have been cleaner. There should be a table inside the room. The water could smell a little bit better. And provide cuckoo or coway for customer to use on every floor. The aircond could be serviced to be better too. No elevator.
