but bathroom kinda have smell and can hear neighbors sing in their bathroom.
The single room was quite spacious, the room came with a large flat screen tv, iron and ironing board, electric kettle and complimentary tea/coffee with 2 bottles of mineral water. The hotel is near to Kelantan River, City Centre, Mr diy and restaurants
I like the place because it's quiet and not far from eatery as well as shopping mall. Dislike during day time the road are too busy with traffics.

The hotel close to Mr. DIY so it's easier for us to buy snacks. The Android TV also really nice that my parents can watch YT and Netflix. The wifi also really fast. So, you don't need to worry if you got no internet since they already provided.
It's a bit hard for us to move after the bar since the street is the main street.

My room Is neatly well arranged , very clean with balcony of river view.Bed sheet , pillow covers, towels and etc are well wash and clean .Room keeping is done everyday. The location is excellent with many eating places around and other facilities are available easily .The staff are friendly and helpful.I will stay here again on my next visit to Kota Bahru.
Everything is to my expectations and within my acceptance range ..I do not have anything which I didn't like .

The staff is not friendly.Bottle of water in the room Open, even though we haven't had a drink yet. They didn't change and didn't check the water bottle in the room..it had been used by the previous guest.I checked in at 12 midnight. The next day I asked that I could check out 30 minutes late.. but the staff at the counter rudely refused. I will not stay at this hotel again !
