S Hadyai Hotel

Worst stay at hadyai at this hotel.

I actually booked 2 rooms for 2nights since we were 4 of us. They only could get rooms on the same row even (not beside to each other) even i have notified when i made the booking. One of the room is haunted and request for replacement they said it was all full. So me and my son shifted to the haunted room and stay with the ghost. The sounds keep coming from the toilet but did not came out to disturb us. I will never ever book this hotel again. Nothing is pleasant except the pool.

When they make up our room, they didn’t give us towel after cleaning up. I think the housekeeper forgot to give us.

Is a very comfortable hotel, had my best sleep there.

Is a bit further from town, have to grab and tuktuk to town

the room was clean but the deco was not to my likimg as in the style was overall dark and that made the rooms feel smaller and not so airy.

The location

The hotel staff's service was very slow and poor. The swimming pool and gym was out of order and no prior notification given. Breakfast had very little variaty and poor quality.

Hotel very clean , room spacious with comfortable bed.. location very good easy to excess with shop just down the road. Easy to look for halal food. Highly recommended.

Room service was offered as described. My wife had to have surgery in Hat Yai. So we chose this hotel that offered room service as my wife was unable to move around during the stay.Although a room service menu was in the room but the service was not available.Also no airport shuttle as offered.Breakfast Buffet very poor. They order the Food outside waiting time 20-30 minutes. The Coffe shop are outside the Hotel nearby.Sheets had blood stains on both beds.Service offerings described should be available. If not, the descriptions should be updated. This was not the case. In a few weeks we have to go to the hospital in HatYai for a check-up, but we will avoid this hotel.

Great location. Modern finishings. Lower density hotel

The bathroom amenities needs improvement. Shower heads and rain shower pressure was not good at all.There was a very strong smell/stench on the floor I was on. Smelled like days old trash.

The location is good. Just a short Tuk Tuk ride to the famous markets and eateries. The interior decor of the rooms are nice. Comes with microwave.

There was a strong sewage smell in all the room toilets. The rooms were not cleaned properly. When we went there was still water in our kettle which would have been left by the previous occupants. The lady who cleans spends the entire day cleaning the one level. So you will see huge piles of dirty linen and towels sprawled along the corridor almost the whole day. And for some reason my friend who was on a different level never had her room cleaned. The service from staff is also poor. My room was only given 3 pillows instead of 4 and i was told that because the hotel was full I wouldn't be given the extra pillow.

Staff at reception had good and fast service. Breakfast has good quality of fruits and variety of choice, coffee tasted very good

they said there is iron available at 8.30am, but when we called at 9am suddenly their iron is out of order. if only they mention it earlier we wouldn’t wait till 9am to get out

I like with the hotel room interior design is nice and cleanliness is good.

The toilet that i stay level 6, at night the toilet room bit smelly and the water leaking. However, we just closed the toilet door and no smell.

The design of the hotel and room were good, lobby staff were doing great job .

The staff did not do the housekeeping well and details, never clean the bath tub in detail as well as my room rubbish were still there on the table and dustbin, never re-fill tissur paper in the room and bathroom too. I hope the hotel can improve the housekeeping service.

Big room. With microwave which is convenient.

The water heater is instable.

The room was contemporary and spacious.The shower was the best in all the hotels I had stayed in on this trip.The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were soft and clean.The bins were emptied daily and the bathroom was cleaned every day.I never ran out of the toilet tissue.The TV was fantastic.

The restaurant was closed. It was raining outside and I had to go looking for dinner and breakfast every day.

Very stylish hotel from the outside to the inside of the room. we booked 2 rooms, jr suite & standard room. jr suite was very spaciousmeanwhile, standard room just enough to fit 2pax.location, not too far from the city. good if you have own transportation when its too hot to walk .The hotel receptionist even allow me to borrow their int plug adamptor.

i hate that the 7e just at the corner of the hotel shut down, could be dur to covid pandemic.:(
