Grand Pink Hotel Hatyai

Location was great. Right in the heart.

Slightly tired. One of the older male staff asked me if I wanted a body massage(i’m male)- bit creepy.

I booked four rooms. The location is excellent, with 7-Eleven and Watsons just downstairs from the hotel. There are also many stalls nearby, all within walking distance, including the famous pork stall, which is super delicious. The rooms are quite spacious.

however, one of the toilets developed a bad smell after we started using

Near the market place, shop, eateries. Room is clean and comfortable.

Improved on welcoming the guest especially for frontliner

The bathroom was huge – probably almost as big as the bedroom.

Very outdated. It was probably a nice place 15 or 20 years ago. Windows didn’t close all the way, and the TV was worthless.

Very convenient, walking distance to many attractions or famous local restaurants.

If you were driving, I think i wouldn't recommend to stay here due to the heavy crowd in here every night. Unless, you don't mind to take tuk-tuk.

Shampoo and shower gel doesn’t feel nice to use.

Wing B room 804, the toilet was smelly even after flushing.Please look into that Thanks.

i loved the location where everything was nearby... shopping food and even the market. the bed was pretty good too. Front desk staff were helpful.

The hotel was rather old (Wing A), I stayed in the suit before and it was way better. I am trying to book Wing B and C I can't seem to find it in bookings.dom.. may I know why?? Some stuff in the hotel was broken and I had to call them to fix it, they did fix it but still.I also requested the vacuum cleaner for 2 minutes for me to vacuum seal my clothing (plastic vacuum sealer to make a net packing but the staff refuse to let me have it.. so I said nevermind). Wierd when all other hotels would borrow for a bit (there is no cost for the hotel to do so).

There are 3 wings in this hotel. Wing B is connected to Wing A (main hotel) but my booking was in Wing C which is know as Grand Pink Park hotel (need to walk 3mins). When I wanted to check-in the receptionist asked for booking number (who the hell does that? Most of the time receptionist asked for name). Then informed me to go Wing C. I was there 3mins ago with my luggage! No help given with luggage after a tiring train ride from M'sia. The next day asked receptionist about cable car closed but she just said: I DON'T KNOW. So unhelpful. Stay somewhere else if you're not Chinese.

There was no electricity supply for more than 5 hours. The power was back at 11.00pm. We were tired moving around but no way to go to room to rest. Started looking for other hotels nearby but all fully booked. The reception could not give us a promising answer about the repair works. The manager was not in the spot to keep us informed. Finally about 10.00pm we climb up the staircase in dark using hp torch. I took my luggage down to look for another hotel. Luckily the technical staff stopped us and said the repair is in progress. Wait for 10 mins. We went back into the room with hp torch for about an hour. Finally the power was back.

Location is great. Near the happening area.

Cleanliness, bad smell in room, bad quality of TV, noise from others customers.

Located middle of the town. Walking distance to the night market. Plenty of parking space.

Better if they can have iron in the room.
