Small damp, smelly room without windows. No wifi.This place is a scam

Room is not keep sound, very loud sound at night. Toilet not separate wet and dry area.Room has not good smell.

1. The blanket is horrible, it’s a big towel.2. There’s not lift and a wooden stairs is built in the middle of all rooms! Luggage dragging noise starts from 5am till 9am! 3. Not sound proof you can hear your next door, upper stair showering, coughing 4. Absolutely no food and convenience store 5. No amenities provide. No toothbrush etc 6. It’s like hostel. Central kitchen. Provide 3in1 coffee k room but have to to level 2 kitchen for hot water 7. Expect long term residents lounging in the kitchen and cooking 8. The kettle is old and rusted. I used microwave to boil water instead.

The place is decent enough but not great - the rooms all come off balconies on a central atrium and their only windows are out to the balconies, ie indoors. You have your 'ensuite' inside. It'll steam up, there's not much space, but it's a hot shower all to yourself.Looks like there is a kitchen with cooking equipment, though the fridge is very full.Some of the staff are very helpful - I certainly wouldn't have been able to locate a taxi to the airport without them!

The bed is elevated above the room, but there's too little headspace to sit up in bed! And the bottom area of the room is not a particularly comfortable lace to sit either.Power goes off when you take your key, which is inconvenient if you need to charge anything.'Gym' - yeah, not really. I think there was one machine there that I would use, maybe a pulldown. Most of it didn't work.

Maybe the way to connect to wifi can be better to not be constantly disconnected when you’re not using and logging in everytime.

Highly recommended! From the excellent room cleanliness and reasonable pricing, coupled with the incredibly friendly and accommodating host, this place truly deserves a strong recommendation. A delightful stay that exceeded expectations in every aspect without breaking the bank.

Location bit far from attraction, but if you prefer a quite place without any distraction, this is good hotel for you.

Modern room with enough sockets for charging devices. Quite near to main roads but far enough away to be quiet at night. Staff helpfully arranged taxi to bus station on departure.

Wi-fi was often patchy. Bed was on a higher level reached by stairs and was a little too firm for me.

The front office old gentleman and the young lady were friendly and helpful though the other guy was not so.

I liked how clean the hotel was, how relaxed the staff was, and how helpful they were. I arrived back late from Malaysia, and they helped me find a night market that sold food. I think I'll stay there again.

The room I booked was perfect for one person. It was a type of a bunk bed, where there was a closet on the bottom, a ladder to climb up, and the bed on top. I also noticed the walls were extremely thin as well.

Be careful of being ripped off

Being ripped off 300baht for the entrance card which is provided unnecessarily as staff at main door 24 hours. Non negotiable n unproportionate claim. Unfavourable Hotel policy.

Helpful staff. Helped with directions into the centre of town. Chai, the receptionist was very understanding as I did not have the Thai currency to leave as deposit.

Only take CASH payment. According to their location, this hotel was supposed to be 3 minutes from the train station?? More like ten to fifteen minutes!! NOT THREE MINUTES!! I paid 80 Thai Baht by tuk tuk to get there!!Is this a big lie or not?Will NOT recommend this to my worst enemy!! ??
